My girlfriend recently forgot her s20 ultra on the roof of our vehicle while on a vacation. We didn't realize until it flew off the roof as we drove down the road at 90km/hr. The otter case exploded, and the phone was shattered, front and back.
I called a few places, and mobile klinik seemed the most reputable.
They had it repaired with Samsung parts in a few hours! Thanks team "mobile klinik".
Her phone is now like new again!

Called and they said they take older phones other than Motorola. We went after telling him we were heading over and had to wait an hour because he was on break. Afterward, he said they don't buy older phones. Our phones were not that old. They are telling lies over the phone. I told him what I had previously. Not a good business.

Do not use this service! They gave me $100 for my used Iphone with a Visa card. The card does not work. After calling 5 times, they keep telling me the card is now fine. But it still doesn't work. They are thieves. You wait 20 minutes on the phone each time you call! Very frustrating!

I brought my phone is for a cracked screen (just the glass everything worked 100%) they replaced my screen and gave it back with a broken wireless charger. Because they didn't verify it was working prior the agreed to replace it with a new charging coil. When the new coil resulted in the same issue they gave the phone back with no resolve. I had to pay the $380 for the screen repair and got the phone back broken more (functionally) than when I dropped it off. Would never recommend and shouldn't have their samsung authorized repair name.

Brought my broken S22 Ultra here for repair. Very friendly and professional. Unfortunately there was a dot of dust they missed when opening the phone that could be seen inside the camera module. However, they were prompt in resolving the issue and reopened the phone go get it out.

Those guys are awesome! Seen them twice with my iPhone, once for a new battery, and another time for minor repairs, they are very professional and quick!

First went to a phone kiosk to have our phone looked at as the cable was not connecting and charge was not staying. Was told would be at least an hour to take apart and repair. Walked around corner to here and was told 5min to have it cleaned. Cody did it in 5min and didnt even charge us and works like a charm. Best service

I couldn't be happier with the excellent service I received at this outlet. Both staff who assisted me were friendly and went to great lengths to accommodate my needs. My phone was repaired quickly at a great price! I am super pleased with how I was treated. Highly recommend this business.

I changed my lock screen password, then completely forgot it.stoped at my providers and they didn't know how to help.they sent me here and within a few minutes she had reset everything and was on my way. I need a screen changed soon and will definitely try this place.

Bell told me I needed my charging port replace. I took it here for an estimate and they gave the port a clean out free of charge and every thing works great.

Came in to get the charging port of my phone cleaned, got it cleaned within seconds and phone charges like normal again

Great experience. Walked in without expectations, hoping they might be able to give me some advice for a charging issue I had with my Galaxy S8+. I had done some research, but wanted one more opinion before talking to Samsung about repair.

Walked into Champlain Mall today looking for help with my Xioami cellphone and was refused by 2 stores. Walked into Mobile Klinik and was properly welcomed. Staff seemed happy to see my Xioami. They took it in right away and solved headphone stuck issue. Top class service and great customer service. Will be back and refer them as well.

Good and fast repair job, but they left a fingerprint on the inside of my camera glass and it cannot be cleaned without taking the phone apart again.

Recently brought a phone in as we could no longer plug it in to charge - something was preventing the plug from fitting in the charging hole. The staff were SUPER quick and efficient. We went in there thinking the worst (that it was either going to cost us an arm and a leg to repair or that we would have to buy a new phone). They literally fixed our phone within ONE MINUTE and charged us absolutely NOTHING! We obviously were thrilled, but couldn't believe it! I would definitely recommend this place (and although I hope I don't ever have to use them again - because let's face it, I don't want my phone to break - I would not hesitate to go back)!

So happy with Mobile Klinik, Brian did exactly what I wanted and I had already been through hours of calls with my carrier and time at kiosk desks, instant help and free of charge, so glad I decided to go to Mobile Klinik!

I recently had a Samsung S8 front and back glass repaired at Mobile Klinik and was pleased with the service from Brian and the team.

A few hours after dropoff my phone looks and works as it did the day I bought it. That's compared to waiting months for my last mail-in repair. 5 stars.
