First impressions were great! But then they gradually got worse and worse, I was visiting the city from Ontario and needed a new screen. Found them online, had great reviews (Was going into this thinking it would be reasonable priced). Got there the lady greeted us and explained everything well, was told it would a 30min process and $140-$180 (which is beyond crazy but okay I was willing to pay). Once the half hour mark hit we got the phone call as expected but she called us to tell me it would take another half hour! (I was getting feed up at this point, Stuck in a mall for hour now and no phone. Anyways went about for another 30mins walking laps in the mall, I received the 2nd phone call and she was finished this time. We got to the booth and she rung me through (again i had that $140-$180 price range in my head as she had mentioned earlier), the total for a new screen was 300 freaking dollars! And then the additional screen protector for $30 that the sales women insisted on. So $330 later and I return to Ontario not even a week back and my screen is bugged. One my phone immediately recognizes the screen wasn’t “apple”, two my volume buttons started tweaking, third around the outer screen started I had a purple ring around my screen and fading into it, fourth my phone constantly has to charge now, fifth every time I touch or type on my screen appears a white dot or whatever. This team and company is not as good as the seem! Please be careful

Great customer service! I bought an Otterbox phone case, screen protector and camera lense protector for my new brand new Samsung Galaxy S23 Ultra. Absolutely awesome place, the guy name abby is so helpful and you will really enjoy your purchase. I bought a new phone and accessories for me and family and visited almost 5 times. Always prefer this place. I witnessed him helping everyone even those also who are not his customers. Always help elders with their phone problems. Even i forgot my password for my samsung phone and he helped me unlock it. He is so helping, always smiling and he never feel annoyed no matter how many cases you tell him to bring out. I took my friend for her phone repair and she is also very happy with work and she is also loyal customer now here. If you go other places everyone will recommend him only for repairs. Even people passing by in mall when you are standing at kiosk will keep on praising him for his helping nature.

Expensive case I wasn’t going to get it at first I was gonna look around but then he said he was gonna throw in a free privacy screen protector like the one I had on my phone which was cracked and that he was going to throw one in for free but when I got my car, I noticed that the screen protector was not privacy screen and it was not like mine is mine wasn’t the last one, and this one is just a sheet

Great experience. It’s the 4th cases I am buying (different phones). Always super easy process. He is going out of his way to provide an amazing service. Will go again if I need another one.
