What a great place. I took my Lou Lou to be spayed and I was very nervous. When I left I felt confident that they would take the best care of her. The staff - all of them - were so friendly and re-assuring and explained everything to me. I would take any one of my pets there for the excellent care they provide

Staff were very friendly. Service was quick and the Vet himself was very knowledgeable and personable. Would definitely recommend!

My wife when in for second opinion for my dog Bella we went 1 mouth ago they said every thing is good but she is getting worst The person at the counter made the appointment with the same doctor that we specifically said we wanted a second opinion then my wife and son said that its not what we asked for he responder if you don't like it you should go some were else wow! So disrespectful! Been client there for 7 year

They were excellent when I took my feral mother cat Lily to get spayed although they do try to get you to pay for extras like blood work and an IV. Between my cousin and I we kept the three kittens. Out of the blue I find my kitten Annie has an enlarged heart. That cost 500 dollars for blood work and xray. 1300 dollars all together and Annie was not fixed plus medication for Annie. My cat kept throwing up the medication. I stopped giving it to her. She acts like a normal kitten. Anyway the vet's office projects costs that will run into the thousands of dollars yearly with blood work, regular appointments and specialist visits as well as other tests. I said no and they keep phoning to get me to agree to this. Five times they contact me and so on. I had to block the number. Annie acts like a normal kitten. If at some point she begins suffering I will have her euthanized humanely. Seriously though whose cat is it? They make me feel like an ogre because I won't spend thousands or tens of thousands on a cat that does not act sick on a fixed income.

Very helpful people and excellent facilities. They're first concern is always our family; fur covered, not so furry, and us. Couldn't feel in safer hands.

Feel a bit blindsided with my dog being given 'optional' vaccines during his annual check up. I was not consulted beforehand about them and it was only after they were given I found out they were extra charge AND I have to bring him back and pay more (again!) in 3-4 weeks for the booster! What I thought was going to be a $200 annual visit turned into almost $400 of 'extra' charges that were not discussed. I will be taking all my pets to a new facility where they will discuss what they are injecting into my pet (s) and have my permission to do so and not make the decision to add extra charges to my bill without my consultation.

I went to get my cat spayed they asked me if I wanted bloodwork and the lady told me it was 50$ I agreed and signed turns out it was 200$ And they couldn’t do anything because I signed the paper. And then the receptionist tried to sell me a cone for 12$ after I asked for one like I’d give them any more money after I got ripped off.

Super friendly staff, very accommodating and knowledgeable. They take such great care of our cats and dog:)

I would like to acknowledge Dr. Yarokhno and Joe for the care of my 18 year old cat, Carlo. After the initial diagnosis of his thyroid and kidney disease we were having issues with severe night yowling. I addressed the issue with Joe and he assured me he would advise Dr. Yarokhno with the problem. Dr. Yaro called me after hours to suggest a medical solution we could try with medicine we received during the initial consultation. It appears to have helped as his care is ongoing. Carlo is still doing well for his age and I’m very comfortable that we brought him to the Moncton Animal Hospital.

Teach the people answering your phones to have even an ounce of compassion for what people are going through when they call you

Excellent Vet. He was very gentle with my Sophie and knowledgeable and articulate. Really appreciate his care and providing information.

Very grateful to have gone to this clinic with our sweet baby boy. The staff was friendly and our vet went above and beyond what I have ever seen anyone do. She called all over Canada and down Maine to find the information and medication we needed to help our boy.

Friendly front desk lady's they helped me with my questions about a over the counter product for my cats and the price for my products was surprisingly very affordable. I would definitely recommend!

Took my dragon there for an arm issue went in 2-3 times for this issue and was basically told nothing could b done. They weren't sure if it was an infection? Got her some oral medications and a yr later her arms still the same. I think it's dislocated or broken they didn't think so the x rays to me looked like it was and the way it feels I asked if it was could they do surgery? He said no which I was blown away since I've seen it done on a dragon. Hundreds of dollars later and 1 year later no improvement in my Sweet girl also twice now I called made the appointment once I got there called to confirm that I was there with my pet and both times had no record of me having an appointment which made zero sence I don't know who's booking appointments but fr this to happen twice is unacceptable not the help I was hoping for. My lizard is still in the same boat with one arm 3 times the size it should b: (

Lovely visit today the team was helpful but hard on the pocket book. But we love our fur babies.

Great experience. I needed an urgent appointment and was seen the next day. The doctor and staff were friendly and helpful, covid precautions in place and the cost was very fair.
