Highly recommend Moncton Chrysler! My sales girl was Sam Martell and she was absolutely fabulous, she was patient and knowledgeable. She worked with me to find the right vehicle and still followed up with me after my purchase! The whole team from sales to finance was fast and great. I absolutely love my new car. I’ll be recommending Moncton Chrysler to friends and family and I’ll definitely be going back in the future:)

It seems that every time I get my vehicle serviced, I need to return it due to something else not fixed, or appearing all of a sudden.
This time, after the oil change service, my heated wheel didn't work anymore. Quite a coincidence.
The mecanic left the plastic seat cover, the paper floor mat and the garage ID tag (hung on the rear view mirror) in the vehicle. Moreover, the steering wheel was left dirty, oily and sticky. The mecanics should be a little more careful when returning the vehicles to the customers.

Attended the dealership and met with Sean Mulholland who helped me with my application and sent me over to Pierre-Oliver Beaudin who absolutely went above and beyond to get me the best deal based on my credit and was very upfront with me. I was comfortable and never felt pressured and walked away with a vehicle that was better than I expected and a great experience with my first purchase! Props to Pierre that man needs a raise, simply for being so patient with our 3yr Olds nagging and crying. Appreciate you Pierre!

I bought a dodge ram truck and had nothing but trouble after trouble. Been over a month now that I seen my truck and they can’t seem to fix it. I called ram Canada they sent me to the USA ram which was good cause they agreed with me, but had to send me to ram Canada which no  surprise nothing they would do to help me. So I called the dealer where I got the truck and the only thing they would do was take it on trade for a new one which I would lose a lot of money. For a truck I can’t drive and very undependable I don’t know which way to turn I don’t feel safe at all to drive in with my family. There is no lemon law here in Canada (which the truck is forsure one) they tried a couple times to fix it and still broken. Every Dodge company I call keeps giving me the run around it’s time for the company to own up and treat customers right

Ended up selling my vehicle through these guys. Gave me the best price, got me out of getting screwed from a couple other dealerships and were straight forward and to the point. I'm not sure how they are on selling vehicles but they also seem to have a huge selection on vehicles. Though with the amount they have vs parking space might want to look at getting a bigger place. Parking is a nightmare

Service wise that company was great. It’s such a shame because I was happy with their service but not with the work. The 1 star is for the nice people at the fontdesk but every other things was awful. I dropped my jeep Cherokee and asked for a diagnostic of the car because I had a SVC 4WD light on and I wanted to understand the issue. Their mechanic told me that all I needed to do was to replaced my tires and the issue would be resolved and they charged me almost $200 for the diagnostic. Which is not a problem if the diagnostic was done properly. And btw My tires were properly fine, but every other mechanic that I went to told me my tires don’t have any issues. But I decided I was gonna trust them especially because I’m at a jeep dealership I thought who knows better à jeep and the jeep dealership himself and I proceeded with the change which they charged me an additional $950 to replace my 4 tires. After spending $1100, the issue was still there. So I asked them why the issue is still here after doing all the repairs and the mechanic told me oh there must’ve been other damages done. This was kind of the first step since it didn’t work we can move forward to the next step. Bring your car again for another diagnostic. Like really? Do you think I have that kind of money to waste. Those guy would waste your time, energy and money. Like I paid for a diagnostic so that you can tell me exactly what need to be done not so that you can guess my problem and they’re not even capable to do a proper diagnostic of the engine.

Went for the same issue to Canadian tires and they charged me $100 to diagnostic the problem and told me exactly what was wrong with the car and what needed to be done. I really really do not recommend them.

Initiated a chat on their website to discuss pricing on a 13 year old minivan that had visible rust. When inquiring about a cash on the road price I was ignored for 20 minutes by Sam Martell, who eventually never came back to finish the chat. I ended up having to just disconnect.

Malgré le long temps d'attendre hors de son contrôle, il m'a tenu au courant des développements et ils ont honoré mon contrat d'achat convenu des mois au préalable. Des gens de confiance, si vous cherchez un vendeur serviable et dévoué pour ses clients, à mon avis, Christian c'est votre gars! Also, j'ai reçu un super cadeau à l'achat de mon véhicule. The absolute worst customer service I have ever experienced at a garage. Our truck broke down on the holiday Monday and CAA towed our truck to Moncton Chrysler Dodge Jeep Ram. The tow truck driver put the key in the drop box.
I called September 6th at 8: 58am and spoke with a service advisor and explained what had happened. He was not able to tell me if my truck was there and would look into it. No call back. At 2: 51pm I called again to see if they located my truck and this new service agent had no idea what I was talking about, couldn't locate my customer information, and he would look into it. At this point I think my truck must have been stolen.
September 7th I call again at 12: 24pm and speak with the first service advisor again, recapped my phone conversation with him, and he remembered speaking with me. He said he would speak with the service manager, locate my truck and call me right back. No call back AGAIN. So still no verification that my truck is even there.
September 8th I call at 8: 34am and request to speak with the service manager. I recall everything that has happened so far, he says he's on his way to a meeting but his assistant will help me and puts me on hold. Eventually a service advisor named Kyle picks up the phone from hold. He informs me that yes, they have our truck. I express my concern that I've called everyday for an update and left my name and phone number every time and no one had taken down my information. Kyle assures me that they are working on my vehicle and the bill is at around $400 for the work done so far. It would be at least another $2000 to lift the cab of the truck to proceed with more work to which I declined as he assured me it was driving well.
My husband and I go to collect the truck at 3: 23 pm and the people at the service desk are unsure which truck is ours and after some deliberation with others return with our key and an invoice. The service advisor lady explains that they reset some codes, test drove it, and it's driving fine. I pay $409.97 and leave.
This morning my husband drive the truck to work and the same problem occurred that required the tow in the first place. I carefully review the invoice and determine that no actual repair work took place. They did some trouble shooting and code resetting. I also noticed that for unknown reasons and after all my phone calls, the customer information printed on the invoice is the complete home address, name and phone number of the prior owner. I'm certain that is a customer privacy violation.
I called at 9: 46 on September 9th to discuss why my bill was so high if my truck is still broken and the only thing they did was diagnostic work. Kyle was unable to address my concerns and suggested the next step be to spend another $2000 to remove the truck cab for more diagnostic work.

Maybe they are good at routine maintenance but I would highly suggest you look elsewhere if you need any "diagnostic" work done. And don't be so sure that the dealership will keep your private home address, phone numbers, and name private.

Sold us a 2018 Cruze lt for the same monthly payments as my old truck and they took it on trade and helped us get into a new gas saving, vehicle that is reliable and within our budget I really recommend Sean if anyone goes to Moncton Chrysler because he will work to get the best deal for you and rates. I came into the dealer just looking for numbers on trading in my ram 1500. I dealt with Richard and explained what I was looking for. With gas prices on the rise I was looking some with better fuel economy. I only intended to look at numbers and think from there. 3 Hours later I signed paper work on a new Jeep Cherokee. Here we are a week later and I'm loving the New vehicle. This is my 2nd vehicle thru them and always enjoyed the Service. - Colin

If I could give 6 stars I absolutely would. I am so pleased with my recent purchase from Moncton Chrysler. I was working with Sam & Marie and they helped me TREMENDOUSLY with this purchase! I am do not have 1 bit of buyers remorse infact, I am feeling quite proud and happy with my new investment. This was not an easy process, dealing with banks, insurance and paper work. I am so grateful for Sam and her expertise, I literally will not recommend anyone else when it comes to purchasing a vehicle, I am confident that all my family and friends will be taken care of if I send them Sam's way. This is by far the best Dealership in Moncton, probably even the Maritimes! Sales staff are very friendly and not pushy at all. Service is also great and not out to nickle and dime you.

My wife and I decided to trade our Suv in for a truck and shopped around at every dealership in town and some out of town. We felt right at home when we walked into this dealership and met with our salesman Christian larocque, he not only took his time to understand what we wanted but was not pushy like a lot of salesman we met.
Christian really paid attention to what we were looking for and on the date of delivery of our new 2021 warlock he surprised us with the extras already packed up for us which was a truck bed tent, some sporty water bottles and dodge swag that we love also had the truck ready with some aftermarket accessories we requested this was very surprising cause it was only mentioned one time in the beginning.
Christian also through txt msg has been like a
Friend throughout this whole experience always quick to respond and available to assist.
About 2 months later he did a follow up call to surprise me with even more exciting news. Unbeknownst to us he put our names in a draw and we were the winners of very cool inflatable boat that we look forward to using. Now you may all be thinking I’m very happy because of all the extras and trust me I am but trust me I am not an easy fella to please and this guy has earned a lifetime customer, your looking for a vehicle give Christian a call you’ll see what I mean.

She went above and beyond (which is a HUGE understatement) to get the deal done. Brought my jeep in to have a grinding noise in the back looked at. I told Donnie from service you'll only hear the noise with the windows down and when it starts or reverses from zero. Donnie called me back shortly after I left to confirm he had heard the noise and would have it looked after. I got a call later on stating that it was my heat shield that was rusted out making the noise. So I pick the jeep up as they needed two days to get the part to fix it.

When I picked the jeep up I was advised the tech who tested drove the jeep did not hear the noise and wasn't sure what made it. I bring the jeep back and get the shield replaced and when I got home it was making the same noise. $300 down the drain because Moncton Chrysler guessed what was wrong.

I called back and got Gabriel on the phone and he sounded as if I was bothering him when I was asking why they told me they would fix the noise but decided to do other work. He then asked me "what do you want me to do" to which I replied fix my car and not guess what's wrong only to make me come back and pay more money to guess again. This time he replied "do you want the appointment or not" so I asked for his manager.

So I get on the phone with Luke twice. Both times they dropped the call which I had to call in again. I spoke with Kim asking why they were hanging up on me for a good two mins before she sent me over to Rick. Rick then started saying I was breaking up when I would speak. Kinda funny I can speak to service twice for about ten mins total but the second I speak to a manager my phones cutting out.

What's the point of bringing your car to these guys who charge $99 for a diagnostic fee when they can't even fix the issue?

I just got my car through them. Sam and John were amazing to talk with. I provided a budget that they were able to work with, and even pushed to get a lower interest rate for me. I don't know much about cars and this was my first big decision and purchase made on my own. They walked me through everything clearly and shared some stories and laughs along the way. I've contacted Sam twice now after purchase and she has been more then helpful. Makes me feel like a friend than a "sale". She was patient and translucent about facts of the car. They are also very competitive with trade-ins! (I priced around and they couldn't be beat with what they offered me!) While there was a slight misunderstanding that was on my part, they offered a gift from the show room (new Bissell pet vacuum for me!). If you want a place that treats you like family, and not a walking cash machine, Moncton Chrysler is the place to go.

Hello interweb world. I wished to submit a short review of my experience at Moncton Chrysler. Richard was my sale team member staff person I dealt with. I cannot speak highly enough as to how professional, courteous and helpful he was. EVERY aspect of my transaction was smooth and seamless. I have been a Ford Guy my entire life, this being my very first NON-Ford product I purchased. My experience at this dealership has never been good.

I strictly only get Oil changes done on my vehicle at this location.

I make appointments for early morning and leave my key in the drop box. Today 3 hours after my appt had been set I showed up to get my vehicle to be told it had not even been brought in for an Oil change yet. I was informed because I used the drop box that all other vehicles get bumped ahead of mine regardless if I had an appt.

Very disappointed as this is a work truck and taking 3 plus hours to do an Oil change is an absolute disgrace. Will not return for any future purchases or service.

We just purchased a 2021 Ram 1500 Classic and we love it! We had a very positive experience with our purchase. Our sales associate Jason Harquail was fantastic. He was very knowledgeable and accommodating. I had a lot of questions (I mean a lot!) and he was very patient and pleasant with us. We did not feel pressured to make any quick decisions. I really appreciated the time he took with us when we picked up the truck. He sat with us in the truck to go over the truck options in more detail and answered more questions! That was a first for us and pretty awesome service! I highly recommend talking with Jason if you are looking to purchase a vehicle.

Was on the their site and I had the chat window pop up, normally I would close it off but this time while looking at a Jeep, I answered, I’m so glad I did, they were awesome and got me in contact with our salesperson Jason Harquail at the Moncton Chrysler dealership and before long I purchased said Jeep. Being from another province, I thought there would be obstacles due to Covid restrictions, not at all, Jason and the Moncton team with their “We Deliver” made sure the process went smooth. I was very impressed from the first day I contacted them to the day I sat in the drivers seat of our new Jeep. This was our second purchase from Moncton Chrysler and definitely won’t be our last. Our friend recommended them to us years ago, and I would definitely recommend them to anyone looking for great service and a great product.

My salesperson Tania was extremely honest sent me excellent pictures and video even FaceTimed me on the purchase of an 07 Jeep Wrangler unlimited due to Covid restrictions were unable to look at it in person the deal was done and the Jeep delivered to me and was even better than expected very nice vehicle detailed to a very high standard.

Richard is one of the best around.pleasure to deal with and is always prompt and professional. This is the second truck I have bought from Moncton Chrysler, and it is because of Rich. I would recommend him to anyone. Purchasing a vehicle can be overwhelming but this guy makes it seamless and enjoyable. I recently purchased a Sahara from Moncton Chrysler on Mountain Road. I had visited and contacted several dealerships in search of the right vehicle. Richard reached out to let me know a vehicle matching my wish list would be arriving. Within a few days I drove it off the lot.

Fantastic experience; my first with this dealership. I called in and spoke with Richard Steeves who found me the exact Ram I was seeking (no easy feat in this market), helped me secure it and aligned me with with a great deal. Richard is friendly, responsive, straightforward, and knowledgeable - all of which were appreciated and led to this review. Great experience overall! Bought a used Mazda3 from them as my first vehicle. Richard went above and beyond for us and made it all happen in one day, including the test drive, inspection, ordering parts and the purchase.
