I get that things take time but an appointment time is an appointment time. And changing tires should not take 3 hours, I got in at 830 and didn't get out until 1130.

I want to thank the entire team at Moncton Honda for such a positive experience but send special appreciation to three team members in particular: Linda Loney for the down-to-earth way in which she shared her wealth of knowledge about cars and the acquisition process; Zach Van Luyk with his easy-natured, no-pressure approach, who went above and beyond as a product specialist - even offering to pick up my newly purchased vehicle at my place of employment when a part that had to be installed came in early and I was stuck in meetings; and Trevor Cowan with his relaxed demeanour as he finalized all the paperwork while we casually discussed tropical summers and the nuances of golf. Absolutely seamless, thoroughly enjoyable, very human process.

I needed to purchase a used car and was very wary about the situation due to past experiences at car dealerships. As soon as I got in the door, I was greeted by Alex Cobb. He was extremely helpful in narrowing down my search of the used inventory and finding a car that fit my current and future needs. I test drove many cars and each time we got back, Alex had the next car backed into a spot out front ready to go. He did NOT try to push any sales tactics or talk super fast and confusing. He was very clearly concerned about each customer’s experience.
Billy Gallant was a pleasure to deal with for the financing services. He was very thorough in his explanation of the finance agreement. I would highly recommend requesting to deal with both of these gentlemen!

Great experience.we were greated as soon as we walked through the door and the sales agent was very helpful, knowledgeable, and even took us out for a drive to demonstrate all the features of the vehicle. We are very happy with the experience and the vehicle we purchased. The place was amazing, too (you have to check out the waiting room in the service department.)

It was a busy Saturday morning when I made an appointment to see a couple of pre-owned vehicles. Matt had them and the keys ready for us when we arrived. After the test drives, he answered any questions we had.

All of my emails/texts before and after purchase were answered in a timely fashion. When fog light damage was noticed upon vehicle delivery, he called me back right away to make things right. He made good on all he said/promised. All in all, it was a pleasant experience.
