Cozy pub restaurant tucked away in North Fredericton. Good menu options and service. Nice craft beer selection. Enjoyed the atmosphere!

Food was amazing! Quick service, high quality. Definitely recommend & probably will return.

Stopped by while staying in Fredericton. Don’t let the location beside a gas station spook you! The interior and patio areas were nice and clean, with friendly staff inside. Wait time to order was a little long as the dinner rush got busy on a weekday. Loved the pulled duck, big thanks to the waitress who recommended it on a half rice and half lettuce plate (rather than a naan sandwich).

This was our first stop for some food after our long drive. Definitely worth the wait.
Tucked in a small strip, filled with wonders. From the moment we walked in the place felt at home. Relaxing, inviting, when you actually tell yourself to slow down and enjoy. Great staff. Friendly.
Now down to the food. It was DELICIOUS!
We had the OG cheeseburger and it delivered. The salt and vinegar fries were cooked to crispy on the outside perfection.
Glad we took our time to check out a few of the spots that were recommended.

Late Saturday dinner for 2 in June, Naanwitches were served quickly and delicious as lettuce bowls. Friendly service, good selection of beer.

Pretty disappointed. We live near the golf club location, and loved it last year. Just went for the first time this year and first off I needed to change our child and there is no change table in the women's bathroom. Then my partner had been sitting in one love spot for a bit and no one came to take an order or anyting. Then we switched to outside and again sat there for a few minutes and still absolutely not service.

Had the burger week burger - it was pretty good! The whiskey maple bacon was delicious and it paired great with the pepperoncini on top- the bun was soft but not alot of flavour from the panko tomatoes. Got the buffalo curly fries with pepper garlic aioli and that combo was friggin delicious!
The whole menu sounds amazing so I look forward to trying other things in the future.

A lot of thought has gone into the recipes and it shows that they care about the quality of food they serve. The service is friendly and efficient. I've been there about 10 times and it is consistently good.

In my opinion, they serve most original food in Fredericton. It's also in my top 10 all time favorite restaurants.

Sure, the gas station setting doesn't scream gastronomy, but you won't be disappointed.

I love going to Monks & Jonesie for the awesome naanwiches that are spins of classic pub food but easier to eat and just as filling

I wish I lived closer so I could visit this restaurant every day. Every disc golfer needs to stop at Monks & Jonesie on their way to the disc golf course!

I was excited to try this place and the menu looked super interesting took my 2 boys and husband out all of our food was cold, had it been warm it would have been really good. My husband did not enjoy his poutine but there was nothing wrong with it other then it was cold just his opinion not sure if I will go back I also did not say anything to the server as I'm not that kind of person

One of my favourite restaurants in the capital city! The fish tacos are the BEST fish tacos I've ever had. Their breakfasts, naan wraps, and nachos are also amazing. OH and the MOJO dip is a must try. The staff are so sweet and fun! Highly recommend!

Have gotten takeout from this place twice both times it was top notch food. Crispy fries, tasty burger with lots of toppings and nice spices. Cinnamon bun cheesecake was fantastic plus thats a new one I've never had!

My husband's Naanwich was fine, but my "Call Me Greek" is the single worst dish I've ever paid for. The "chicken' skewer had 2 small pieces of oddly shaped, fatty, spongy material. The rice tasted bland and soggy, like it was reheated from the leftovers from someone's discarded lunch. Tzatziki was runny with odd chunks. Sadly the best I can offer is that the 3 potatoes wedges were edible. I hate to come down on a local restaurant. A lot of their food is good and I wish them success, but I wish I hadn't wasted the money.

Phenomenal food, exceptional service. Not only was the food in generous portions, but it was SO WELL PRICED. We will absolutely come here again if we come through Fredricton!

This is one of the most consistent restaurants in town! I've always had a great experience. We tried their Chicago Deep Dish Pizza that is only served on Friday's and it is to die for! They need to serve it 7 days a week. Amazing!

This place is a hidden gem. They are located inside a gas station and carwash but don't let that deter you. The food is quite diverse and fairly unique from the standard menu offered in Fredericton. They also have a mobile food truck.

Mac and cheese? Should be called noodles and cheese. 3rd time in a row giving this place another shot, quality has gone way down since they opened.

First time there.had the fish tacos as a take out. Absolutely delicious! I will be back! And the online ordering and pick up window was super convenient!

This is easily one of the top 5 best restaurants in Fredericton. A true hidden jem. The pub style food is out of this world good. They have the best fries of any restaurant I’ve ever had. Shoestring, buffalo spiced and crispy to perfection. And their mains and appetizers are amazing. I love how you can customize some of the meals to be either a sandwich or a rice bowl or a poutine and so on. It’s ingenious! I’ve been to their restaurant and food truck several times and it’s always consistently great. Great service. Their restaurant is small inside but very nice. I love the canoe! 10/10!

My wife and I stopped by this afternoon for lunch. This restaurant is located beside the Irving, and is certainly easy to miss. This was our first visit and would certainly come back. We started with a Saturday special - $7 nachos. Amazing deal and tasted great. I had the M&J Club on a bun, while my wife had the Chicken Shawarma. My wife really enjoyed her meal, and was very filling - lots of chicken. My club was very tasty as well. The fries were also very good, although I wasn't a big fan of the Buffalo fries (tasted good but shoe string). The Salt'n'Vinegar fries my wife had were great - perfectly crisp. They are salty. Now the dessert - peanut butter pie. This caught me way off guard for pub fare. Great presentation and was delicious. Seriously save room - great share plate. We'll be back. Thanks.

Great meals, have been enjoying their food trucks for years, so great to have a restaurant when you're really jonesing for this Buffalo fries!

This is my fourth time eating here and the service was once again top notch, great atmosphere, friendly staff and a great menu. I'm usually ordering the Nate dog or a Donair but today opted for the Greek plate all three were very Delicious but Greek plate was my least favorite, rice was plain I'm used to a flavoured oil on rice with Greek plates and the vinaigrette on the salad tasted like pure white vinegar the chicken, hummus and Tzatziki sauce were great. Keep up the good work!

It’s so nice to have fresh locally made food that tastes amazing. We ate here for the first time about a month ago and have been back numerous times since. The food never disappoints.

Delicious! Their nannwiches are delicious. It's not expensive if you consider a Big Mac Combo is $10 all day.what's an extra few bucks to get REAL delicious food! Same or better quality from the Restaurant as their food truck! Keep it up M & J

Nice little place - not flashy, but comfortable and located at Irving gas station on Bishop Drive just down from the Hanwell Road.not a typical location for a hangout like this, but the food was really good - vegan/vegetarian options available.

The nachos were ok. The chips were delicious-light and crispy with a light seasoning. The grilled chicken pieces were really yummy too. I wasn't a huge fan of the shredded lettuce and wished there was more cheese!

This place is so good, stop reading this and find directions to the restaurant. I wish I could come back tomorrow. Had pulled duck and brisket sandwiches the last couple days.

Had a wonderful, polite, waitress. The menu is simple and delicious. Reasonable app and main menu prices, kids menu prices are a little more than most places in Freddy. But a hotdog on nan bread was enough to amaze the kids.

This is the best food in town! I can't believe it is coming from a good truck, these guys should definitely have a restaurant!

You can never go wrong with a naanwich! The sweet potato waffle cut fries are delicious but very decadently smothered in garlic butter. Love their food truck, but they sold out fast at the Fredericton night market so get there early to guarantee you get some.
