Went to Taco Tuesday. Buy a beverage and 5$ taco. We had the beef and the chicken taco. Tasted great a bit spicy. Served warm. Excellent service will go back.

Staff was fantastic in making sure that the kids birthday was celebrated big! They brought all the staff over to the table and sang. Even when our waitress had to leave she made sure to let us know who would be taking care of us and had her introduce herself before she left.

Visited this location with my son a couple of weeks ago. Our service was mediocre. Our waitress forgot many things and she was friendly however, it wasn’t the greatest experience. One of the wait staff was very friendly, I wish I got his name because I’d be complimenting him if I could.

I ordered a Caesar which did not come with two pickled beans like the menu mentioned it would come with. I got the ribs and chicken wings taster. The ribs had barely any sauce and did not taste good at all. They were dry, hard and burnt.

My son enjoyed his regular meal of pizza and fries.

Very disappointing experience!

Order ribs and wings combo, was missing the coleslaw. Asked for mild sauce and got hot sauce and chicken was red inside! Not impressed.

I LOVE Montana's but this time was very disappointing. I ordered a Southern Fried Chicken burger and it is supposed to have Chipotle ranch, dill pickles, coleslaw and the chicken. The sandwich came to the table and it was hard and dry with coleslaw ONLY. There were no pickles or sauce or anything else. I did NOT eat it and I didn't eat my fries and told the waiter about it and I was still charged the full price for it. Very disappointing, especially that we usually highly recommend this place to everybody.

My family and I usually love Montana’s. It’s our “go to”. We ordered a large family meal that included chicken wings. The wings were raw and bloody on the inside which was not noticed until almost all the way through one (each) I’m disgusted. I wish I could post pictures here to show it. Such a disappointing experience.

The staff was prompt and friendly. We were seated right away and the server was great!
Food didn't take long and it was delicious.

Service was excellent. The dinner menu was very good with a varied 11.00$ cost. No w that we are retired it's good to get a very good meal at a very good price. The half pulled pork, salad, soup and chocolate chip cookie were very filling.

Good place to have the family out.
Steak and a baked potato for me and whatever the kids want.

Alec was a fantastic waiter. Within a minute of sitting down he was there to get our drink order. He came back 3 times to check on us. Fantastic young man. Thanks for the great service.

Great food and a nice atmosphere are expected when dining out, but an exceptional server is what makes the whole experience a hit or miss. Bad service can ruin a great meal. In the past month I have eaten at Montana's weekly all because of the outstanding service provided by Matt. If you have had the pleasure of meeting him, you understand! He goes that extra mile to make every visit better than the last. Top notch service deserves recognition and Matt, is one of the best. Looking forward to our next visit.

Holy crow. This location blew my socks right off. The food came out lickidy split. Super clean. Friendly staff. Good value. We had 14 ppl and they were super accommodating. The owner guy came over and said hi. He’s funny. I recommend the spinach dip!

The ribs and chicken wing combo was amazing, but I wasn't a huge fan of the onion dusters or the baked beans. There was also unlimited refillson the fountain pop. I'm not a fan of cornbread but I didn't mind it here. Even better than the food was the superb staff, they were very friendly and went above and beyond. My family and I definitely recommend eating here, especially if you have never tried it before, you will not be disappointed, especially if you enjoy BBQ style food.

Probably the worst experience I've had at Montana's. Our server was not very friendly, they were out of the beer on special and didn't offer an alternative at the same price. I had the ribs. Which did have good flavor but hardly any meat! For 20$? ! Not at all worth it! My son ordered the pulled pork sandwich. And got a half sandwich.

It's like if you explained the Rust Belt to an alien and they proceeded to emulate that alongside some very old B-Western movies.

Food is okay, clearly just Sysco or Aramark premade stuff in many cases. Prices are higher than ideal.

Staff is friendly though, and the environment is warm enough.

Sometimes there chicken is uncooked or the boneless chicken has a bone in it once an while and grosses me out

I always enjoy my meal at Montana's and tonight was no exception! The food was incredibly delicious and the service was spectacular! I highly recommend the pork ribs with the Apple butter sauce. Amazing!

This must be my last order. 90% of the time my butter milk chicken is burnt (evening shift always). Yes, the manager replaces it upon another day but I'm tired of complaining. Montana's and 1 other restaurant were my always go to but I guess only one place now. Although that being said the waitress in the pick up area deserves a raise!

Montana's is great! Every time I try something new I want to stick with it for a while because it's the best.but then I do try something else new and it becomes the best and I want to stick with it for a while! So far there's been no end to this!

Not a favorite of mine but joining others. Didn't really care for my choice of a meal - had the smokehouse wrap. Would not get it again. Service was slow but it allowed us to socialize.

It was good, lots in the menu. Not a cheap spot, i found it expensive for what it was. Service was good.

Update changed from 2 to 4.
They had beef ribs in stock this time and they were good! The fries they came with were stone cold, but then when I told the waiter that she quickly brought some fresh ones. Wife's food was good and steak was cooked properly.

Old review:
Went there for beef ribs, and boy oh boy did they not have any! None! Also, ordered a steak rare, got it medium! Wife's was cold! That happens when a place is busy, but it wasn't. Not a place I'd go back to on purpose.

Wow the food was AMAZING! Had such a good date️ food was so good couldnt even take a picture. Service was amazing. She was super nice and chill. Loved ny experience. My fav montanas by FAR. Even the desser was omg

If you hungry and like lots of food try the chicken fajitas that's if you don't mind putting your food together.
Hint order extra fajitas for the amount of food you get and don't touch the hot frying pan.
Definitely will go back again and will have the meal again.

This is an awesome place to eat. The food was fantastic with a great selection. The staff were tending to their job exceptionally well and they were very friendly and very happy to see you when you first got through the door.

I was so looking forward to dining here for the first time but left very much underwhelmed. Service and atmosphere are great. Prices are ok, but the food it’s self was either to salty or sweet and lacking any real flavour. Probably won’t go back.

Server was excellent, burger was good, the bacon was not cooked enough, half raw. Steak menu needs better selection, could have prime rib or ribeye steak. Disappointed, not certain if we'll return.

Food was good drunk people they seated behind wife kids and I not so much couldn't help but feel bad for there server Alex bro you got some patience XD

We came to Montana’s for a Easter Sunday and we book a reservation and thank you to everyone working on a holiday so people like us can come out when we can’t go home to our families.
We love Montana’s even though the price is a bit much for what we experienced tonight.
The waitress had all attitude and wouldn’t answer any of our questions and walked as fast as she could away from the table.
Than we ordered the Four cheese pull apart bread and for that price I can make it at home for cheaper.
Than we order the Southern Fried Buttermilk Chicken with my husbands cornbread and it was dry and crumbly and it was just a chicken breast thrown on a bun with some lettuce and sauce. And the fries were soggy and cold.

Honestly we always go here but after tonight. We will not be back.

Hands down, the worst steak you can get in Fredericton.

Clearly not a sirloin, as described in the menu. They served me a 3 inch thick steak that looked like it was hacked off of a round roast. First one came out perfectly “well”. I asked for rare.

Wasn’t going to send it back, but when the waitress came over and I was struggling to chew on this overcooked, cheap steak. I decided I might as well try my luck sending it back.

Big mistake. Clearly the chef only cooks with the gas to the max, because I got back a steak that looked perfect on the outside but was noticeably cold inside.

Blue rare is fine, but the steak should at least be warmer than the temperature of my mouth throughout.much to ask? What an awful experience.

First time there today and I must say, there is absolutely nothing I can say negative at all. This restaurant hit all the key points of excellence. Food rocked, service was bang on, clean establishment, food came super quick. 5 stars to Montana's! We'll be back!

Montana's Fredericton NB.poor quality food, lacking taste, over cooked, lukewarm. Chicken Tacos should be safe but chicken tasted like the fridge and the chips on top were the flavor we got save your money go to McDonald's

It was a good experience. The service was great, staff were all wearing masks and were very careful with all interactions.

This was out first visit back to Montana's since COVID-19. It was our usual fantastic meal with great service. The wait time for food may have been less as their menu appears to have shrunk, but my son and I came for ribs and my wife came for steak so no worries.

I've allways been impressed with the food I've gotten at this location. Had the Buttermilk Chicken sandwich with house salad, and plan to go back for more

Wow.just called to make a reservation for as party of six tonight for my daughter's 17th birthday and I understand that it can be busy but the person did NOT have to be rude about it.guess I will be taking my business else where from now on.customer service at its finest.

Last August we went, with friends, to Montana’s fredericton. All of our meals were cold when they arrived. My husbands fries finally arrived after asking the server 3 times where they were. My fish was cold and almost raw in the middle of the thick batter. Our friends meals were equally sub standard. We told the server and she sent the manager to speak to us. He gave us two $25 vouchers. So this evening we went to use the vouchers finally. My husband was told that his burger had just come off the grill.it.was cold. I should add that we had waited 45 mins.for the meal. It was not busy at 5p.m on a Wednesday. My fish came and the batter was bunt.very dark brown and greasy. There was far more batter than fish. The meal was of very poor quality and the cook needs to be re trained. I am so glad I did not pay for this sub standard meal. Needless to say I will not go back.

Had a great lunch date with my girl tucked in between fundraising and a practice. Food was great. She loves going there.
