I did not have a good customer service experience. The staff lacked enthusiasm and zeal to sell products. I don't think I'm ever going to go back to that shop again.

Called them to see what they would give me for my 2021 kodiak. 700 mint condition and they Insulted me with a 4500 tread value I know they need to make money but to give me 4500 for a bike they will sell for 10000 or more is a bit insane

New owners are making a difference. Never had inventory before and the service has improved …nice work guys.
