Mr. Lube + Tires

Waited more than 3 hours to have my winter tires on, even I called them before coming. The guy who answered the phone told me there was only 5 cars on line but he didn't tell me that they took more than 1hr/ car. I ended up offer my place to the person next to me bc I couldn't wait anymore after 3 hr.
Very bad custome service. As they said, if Time is Money, I lost a lot of money that day.

First of all, the fact that you don't need an appointment is great and it can save you a lot of trouble. The wait is reasonable ; 30 minutes to 1 hour. I waited 1h20 minutes when I came there around 3h45pm. Staff is quick but the price isn't. For changing a set of 4 tires into new rims (+balanced), I paid around 300$. I bit expensive for what it is.

The Worse place one can imagine to be to change the tires, I went there for 5 times and even sometimes 2 Hours before the closing and Still they Denied, I wish even the manager could have some kind of explanation. He had nothing, worse worse worse!

I did have a short wait, partly because of the time of year, but once started the service was fast and efficient!

Brought new tires to Mr Lube for changing. Hit on the road noticed steering wheel is shaking at high speed after service. Went back ask if they can double check the Balance. Mechanic told me they did balance after putting on new tires. He recommended me to do "Alignment" in another garage if still shaking.
Went to another garage, technician is pretty sure steering wheel shaking has nothing to do with "Alignment". He did balance and showed me 4 tires are totally outta balance. Shaking is gone.

Think twice before you go Mr. Lube. Their mechanics are Not professional.

Had my oil change done here. Never had to call for an appointment. Just dropped in, waited for like 40 minutes, and got serviced in like 15 minutes! Friendly techs! Great service!

This Mr. Lube location walks the talk and employees are working hard to satisfy clients. Unlike the stereotypical quick oil change places and other places from the same chain, I have not experienced them trying to push or sell me something I did not need or want during any of my visits. I go out of my way to visit this location.

Hard to go wrong at a drive through oil change, but they did.
I'm assuming the oil change was fine, but now that I'm writing this, I feel compelled to check to see if my filter was actually changed.
I was upsold on the undercoat package, and this is the work I received. It's as if a toddler got a hold of a spray can, this level of work could have been done by my grandmother.

1st time there. Found everyone professional. They offered us free coffee. They showed us the oil level and color. They gave us different options, no pressure sales. Very satisfied.

Asked for a retourque on my wheels after having my winter tires put on. They said they couldn't. I had to go to Canadian Tire and they gladly retourqued my wheels. Didn't seem like Mr. Lube has customer safety as a priority. Will use alternative service centers in the future.

The one up on Mountain Rd is great. I've never heard anything bad about them. They've always provided me with quick and easy service. Prices are affordable and low waiting times.

Had an oil change and tire rotation preformed last week.

Good service, fairly pricey.

The real benefit is no wait time / appointment needed.

Waited 2 hours to get my tires changed only to tell me they can't change them based on the quality of the tires, I bought them in 2019. Never going to Mr. Lube again

Ronnie is absolutely amazing, he went above and beyond even cleaning my windshield and rear window, he explained everything so thoroughly and made sure we understood everything before he began with the oil change, 100% the best customer service i’ve experienced in a very long time.

Name of the game here is to sell, sell, sell! Other than that they provide a decent experience. No more free coffee or hot chocolate so I started going back to the dealership as it's the same game there of course.

Service was excellent and friendly. I went around 2pm and was in and out in 25 minutes. Go there for my oil changes.

Awful experience. Tech broke my tail gate and when trying to close scratched the back of truck. Back passenger side tire pressure monitor broke with warning light now. Didn’t reset oil change. Would not recommend

I don't recommend you go here if you don't know a lot about cars already. They will try and upsell you stuff you don't need.

Ron (the supervisor) was extremely patient and helpful. Explained everything, double-checked everything + Quick turn around time, took me to see the undercarriage and pointed out a crack for me. First class service.

Called to schedule an off-rim winter tire change yesterday and was told to show up at 7 am to be first in line for 8 am opening. Got here at 6: 45 am. It's 9: 57 am as I write this and my tires are still being put on. This is my vacation and I'm spending 3 hours of it doing something that should take 15-30 mins tops. I added an oil change since I was here anyway and spoke with the manager Scott to see if there was anything he could do as a discount for the obscene wait: "It is what it is" Thanks.

I find they are a quick and convenient service however they are so pushy on selling you products that I don't know what to believe is actually the right thing for my vehicle.

Quick and easy service, for fluid and tire changes. Like all places, they may try to get you to buy their cabin air filters, but only if you need one.however, the price will include an installation fee. Every place does it. Simple solution? Check Marshlands, right down the road for air filters. They're alot cheaper, as long as you know how to install the filter yourself. Great service though, and friendly.

Service was okay. They could not remove my fuel filter for some reason which was fine so I took it to another shop and they had it replaced in no time. I was disappointed to find that when I went to take the oil filter off for my next service (the filter that they had supplied) it was incredibly tight. I don't think that the service technician had properly oiled the seal on the filter causing it to seize on the vehicle. After much fighting with a wrench to get it off I found the gasket stuck to the engine. I also don't rate the quality of the filters they use. (Probably to cut costs and get you back in quicker for an oil change)
It would be nice if they gave you an option for a better filter. Even if it meant an extra cost. Overall not the worst place but looks like could be room for improvement.

Horrible service! Technician named Michael seemed lost and confused as to what do or where to start. Tried to sell me things I didn't need. Wasnt reassuring driving out of there that's for sure! Will not be returning to that location.

Friendly staff but air filter was not properly reinstalled and had to bring to another service station to find the issue I had

I had a great experience at Mr. Lube on Mountain Rd.this morning. The staff was friendly and easy to talk to. I felt comfortable to ask questions and be myself and that's super important to me.

Got tires put on here, about a week later noticed a knock in my front passenger tire and noticed I was missing lug nuts, at first I was not impressed but when I went back the supervisor was more then helpful and corrected the situation, great customer service

Big shout out to Harry! After a frustrating experience Harry didn’t complain, smiled and did his absolute best for me. Watched him change tires for 2 hours straight before me. Never stopped to stretch, or get some water. He is a darn good worker! Thanks Harry.

Had my tires changed and it was excellent service. You do pay a little extra but it's the convenience that counts and it was worth every penny.

Great service at this location. You do have to time it right, as waiting can be an issue, but I was seen to fairly quickly (waited about 20 minutes or so). Staff was very friendly and helpful. The service was pretty quick too, I was in for a routine oil change, so nothing complicated, but I was on the road again in less than 25 minutes.

Great place for quick oil change or tire rotation and some light work on your car. The staff is very very friendly and makes it a great experience when you visit this place. Depending on the season there is wait time for example if you want to change tires then i would recommend to visit this place early morning in the winter as there is a wait time here. Once you are in you do not have to get out of the car as they work on the car with you in it.the staff lets you know everything about the repair before they start the work and very very friendly. Great place.
