Worse service even got stranded on the side of the highway called my roadside assistance they sent me mundles.his son jonathan mundles show up high as a kite and give him the key of my car.couldn't start the car came back and told me my battery was dead.i told him my car is standard.then he went back and loaded my car it was 3 am when we arrived home my roadside was only covering half of what he was asking for i told him i could e transfer his money and he only wanted cash he packed up my car again and braught it to his shop caus he wouldn't take a e tranfer next morning went to get my car and pay his father the boss told me why you didnt e transfer him the money i said i offered him the e transfer and wanted cash only to snort more dope in his nose ya little crackhead.then he asked me another 130$ to bring back my car to my place wich my car was already towed there.bunch of crooks and junkies.

No Complaints from me. I drove from Ottawa on a Friday afternoon and the Upsalquitch hills took a greater toll on my brakes than I anticipated. My family and I were leaving for Fundy on the following Tuesday so i needed to get my brakes fixed before we left. I called around various places to explain my situation and nobody would see me until that Thursday. When I called Mundles they said they were booked solid but said they would see what they could do. Giselle ended up getting me in for front brakes only in the afternoon and after looking at how bad the back brakes were, they figure out how to squeeze me in to get the rest of the work done on the Monday so i could safely be on my way the next day.

Great towing service. The guy was nice and efficient. If you have personal vendettas against the owners son go and comment somewhere else. Everything went well for me. Thanks

Had to call in 3 times (3 days) for an estimate after a check up of my car. Finally got one. I then booked an appointment. When I showed up the day and time given for the appointment, they (he) forgot to book it. The guy at the counter blamed me and gave me attidude. I went to another garage to find out the Mundles misdiagnosed my main problem and said I needed an alignment which I didn’t need. On top of it, I saved over 450$ on parts for the other repairs I needed. The girl at the mundle counter was knowledgeable, nice and apologetic and that is the only nice thing I can say about them. I won’t go there again because of poor customer service, overpricing, misdiagnosis and trying to sell me something I didn’t need.

They tried pulling my automatic car in park with a new transmission and engine drained all my prestone out my rad and reservoir laughed at me told me he would always pull my car in park forever and he couldn't wait to do it again all on video

Worst f garage ever! I see my friends truck comming out of an alignment and it was still driving sideways. If they still exist it is because police impound car there and they charge crazy prices to free the vehicles. Worker are rude mean and zéro empathic would never recommend.

Went here for an oil change, they charged me less than the last two establishments I went to and gave me honest advice about when I should service my car next. The staff was friendly, too. I'll be going back as long as I reside here. Thanks!

I have been there twice now. Always so friendly and right up front. My car is 20 years old.and they are taken great car off it. Fixing only what I ask and being really fair with cost.
