I would like to praise Kalyn for my recent facial. I do not relax very easy and from the moment of introduction I was immediately immursed in my soundings. She was very friendly and had calming presence. The ambiance of the room, soothing music, the incredible service, I would 100% recommend Kalyn and Nakai. I will absolutely be back.

Great place in downtown. Jessica is amazing If you need someone to take good Care of your curly hair. She was lovely to me and my toddler.

I booked a hair cut with Thalia and she was absolutely incredible. She went above and beyond, gave me not only a gorgeous cut and style but the best shampoo and scalp massage of my life. Would recommend her 10 times over. She was incredible.

The best spa in Moncton. I Came to Moncton from Toronto for a conference and I had a great time at this spa. Staff are so friendly, the space is so clean, 5-star treatment. My massage therapist was Karine, she even went out of her way to give me some ideas of things I can do in town.

Alright, so I booked 2 appointments one for my husband (Saturday July 22 and mine was booked for August 24).
I'll start with the pros and cons:
Atmosphere wise, it's fine, the place is huge and clean. Design could be better. I didn't like the smell. It's like herbs and sage. As if it's a meditation place. I don't want to sound rude but it didnt smell like a salon.
The staff is professional and welcoming.
We were greeted and offered tea or water and my husband was seated right away for his haircut. They seem to have more services, which is great.
Now, the stylist, maybe she was not familiar or comfortable with men's hair cut.
I showed her a picture. The haircut was NO where closer to the photo. No fading at all.there was sting of hair left uncut which I cut it whenwe got home. And the hair cut / style, it didn't suit the head shape.
Now, I'm not expecting 100%match but it needs to be similar.
After that day, I canceled my appointment because I don't think ill be able to put up a smile and walk out if my hair is not to my liking. My husband didn't say anything at the salon but it looked hideous. Luckily his hair grows faster so in two weeks time his hair will be in great shape.
As someone who studied cosmetology and have experience in hair styling and make up. It's important for the stylists to stay upto date with continued FastTrack. So they are able to treat and style as per the head shape, personality and likings.
I wanted my husband to feel pampered thats why I booked this experience with the salon had I known it was not the high end experience I would have given him a hair cut myself.
Also, the salon seem to use only botanical products because my husband's hair smelled like sage for few days. And, also, I was offered botanical treatment for my hair. So if you don't like the smell, call and double check if that's the only product line they have.
Overall, I would give this a 3 star.

Jessica at Nakai Moncton is amazing! I found my new hairdresser She listened and took her time and gave me a perfect hair cut. Also the whole store smells amazing when you walk in. I'm definitely going back.

I booked the Cloud 9 massage with Kaylyn and it was amazing! I've now gone back three times and can't see that stopping.
She is so sweet, attentive, and I always leave feeling relaxed and pampered! Highly recommend!

I had my appointment just before Christmas with Nathalie- sorry it took me this long to write a review! First, I have to mention the salon itself which is very relaxing and the receptionist is very welcoming and friendly (even with a new awkward client who isn’t used to such pampering!) I was very nervous as I’m new to the province and am very particular about my hair, but Nathalie put me at ease and took her time. I felt like I was her only client and that she had all the time in the world for me and to make sure my hair was exactly as I wanted it. I am really happy with my haircut and better get my next appointment booked now! Thanks for a relaxing experience:) see you soon!
