Customer service is absolute trash, both myself and my husband called this morning to get brakes they were rude and refused to help stating they needed more info and hungup on myself and told my husband he needed to go look at the vehicle to figure it out.called a different napa gave them the make/model of my vehicle and they found the part and had it set out for me within 5 minutes.
