Incroyable tout ce qu'ils ont faite pour moi et surtout pour ma fille aux études à Dieppe prit dans une situation qu'on ne souhaite a personne avec sa ptite voiture qu'on a du faire remorquer à leur entreprise et à quel point qu'ils ont prit avec grand soin chaque détails et de tous les services a donné a notre ptite voiture avant même de la réparer et pour faire sure d'etre entierement en toute sécurité à nouveau sur la route et surtout pour tout faire pour qu'un client content, heureux et en ayant la satisfaction total du client à coeur! Technicien et mecanician tres haut qualifié et surtout pour notre voiture importé Golf City Wolkswagen! Une inspection, un bilan complet et un rapport complet a ete faite sur notre voiture en tout 1er lieu avant meme de commencer toute réparation et aussi des couts nous a été montré, avisé et discuter et ete donné sur papier, par email avec images de tout ce qu'il y avait vraiment a faire ou a tout simplement a faire tres attention et a garder un oeil sur notre voiture pour être en toute securite sur la route!
J'en reviens juste point a quel point nous etions entre de bonne main!
C'est la première fois aussi que j'entendais ma fille dire à quel point heureuse de leur service et réparation et vérification sur sa voiture et a qu'elle point elle avait apprécié et avait tellement trouvé tout le personnel gentil, respectueux, et de comment il l'avait accueillie et de comment
intéressé a elle vu aux études a Dieppe Et comment leur service de navette en plus avec tout ca qu'il lui avais été offert et faite etait juste wowwww pour aller la chercher au collège de Dieppe ou à son appartement une fois sa voiture réparer, réinspecter et remit tout à l'ordre.service juste wowwww et impeccable comme service et personnel! I've been working with JP's Garage and the whole team there. Josh and Rene out ftont, the support staff the great team in the shop. They just serviced my vehicle again and continue to provide Fantastic, courteous, efficient service, did the right work and not recommend things that weren't necessary but did help bring my attention to all work that might be needed coming up. I always appreciate their honesty, their advice and how great the team is with communication and in the quality of work they do.

Jp Auto has been by far the best service i have ever received! I work from home and i needed my tires changed on my summer car and i was working during the hours they were open.and they told me since i was near by they had there team pick up my car from my home and my tires and they brought my car in changed my tires and had my car done by the end of the day! I was so impressed with there service! There prices are fair and there parts are are Napa parts which is top notch in my books.because of the service i have received I will only do business with Jp Auto they get a 10 star rating from me! JP’s Garage offered excellent customer service from the moment I dropped my car off until I picked it up. They offered shuttle service to take me to work and pick me up afterwards. They kept in touch with me through the day to let me know how things were going and if any issues came up. I was very happy with the service I received from them and would happily recommend them to friends and family.

Service is always great, they always find ways to help me save money on the repairs needed, they keep me updated on how things are going and even followed up the next day to see how my car was running! I needed undercoating to prepare my car for the winter. I walk in and was greeted like an old friend by literally everyone on site. Dropped my car and the owner himself drove me to work using the shuttle service van and said someone would come pick me up and drive to my next assignment if my car weren't ready by the then. So they did.

The company is totally automated. They did a full inspection of my car, sent me an email containing pictures and full explanation of what it needed, which made me think the services would cost me an arm and a leg all things considered, but to my total surprise everything to be done was actually fairly priced.

Definitely going back and recommend.
