I came in with an emergency, only a few days before Christmas this year. My alternator had stopped working between Shediac and Miramichi and I live just north of Halifax. Being that time of year I wasn't sure what they could do or if they could help, and of course I was worried about the cost as well. Due to the timing I had to stay over night but was there early the next day to try and figure out a solution. I was very happy with our transaction and what they did for me. Of course they were able to source the part and they squeezed me in to the schedule even though they were extremely busy and really didn't have the time. I can not say enough how much I appreciate them helping me out and getting me home. They were very courteous and helpful to a guy that was stranded in the middle of a different province. Thank you guys so much for your help!

Diagnostic suggest replacement of both calipers, rotors, pads & brake line could burst anytime as per shop. I was told they have the brake lines in the shop as they had done a few of the same vehicle this year. Calipers, pads, rotors will need to be ordered. End of the week (5 days). Called to follow up. Was told that the brakes are fully done. But are waiting for the brake hose which they were hoping to come in that day. They said they recommended this to be replaced because of the risk of line bursting, but the rest of the work was already completed. I was not told the hose was bad in the diagnostics, just the main line. Asked for a timeline, they said next week as the hose will take 20mins to install once it arrives. Called Monday. Was informed the vehicle is in the shop and work is being started. Was told the delay last week was due to 3 staff sick. Asked to be updated at the end of the day. At this point I'm confused if the work was started or it's only starting. End of the day, got told it was not going to be done. Called the next day. Was told that the reason for the delay is they are still waiting on the hose that was supposed to come on Friday (now I'm confused, I was told work started yesterday & all the work was done other than the hose prior. What work was being done Monday?) Was told hose is to arrive next week. I said we are needing a second vehicle ideally. Offered to pay for the work completed so far & pick up the car. Would return when parts arrive & pay the other part when the work is done. I was told they cannot do that & if I pick up the car they would need a DEPOSIT for me to pick it up. The deposit is the full amount plus an estimated amount of the labour & parts not completed. Asked that I would only pay for the work done & would be happy to pay the remaining amount when it is completed they said no. I then ask for a legal disclosure from them taking the liability off me in the event that the brake hose fails as they are billing me for the labor and parts before work is completed. They would not give this. I was then informed that 1 out of the 2 hoses are backordered & the part would not come until next week. Given they would not provide a legal disclosure (I would not have asked this if they only bill for work completed, but apparently cannot generate an invoice until the work is FULLY completed). I specifically requested an itemized invoice outlining labour rate, hours & price of parts. I was told this was going to be given upon completion. Got called the following week, the car is ready, sent an invoice (not what was I was promised). I asked to be given a copy of an itemized invoice to review. I was told this was not possible. I said due to the amount & the reasons above, I insist they provide this as they agreed on this when I requested last week. Was told no. Mike the owner was now on the phone. I re-explained my concern. He said they did not do anything wrong & I was informed accordingly, he also added he was with the advisor the whole time during my calls. I kindly ask him to walk me through all the information I was given. Mike got defensive, threatened to sell our vehicle & to pay when we come to our senses. All I asked was a detailed invoice & they agreed on this last week. He then added the part ordered was incorrect & needed a re-order (Not back-order, REORDER) plus old brake hose was leaking (burst) all over the shop. And that it's none of my business that my repair is delayed whether they are missing a staff/parts. I disagree, it completely affects a client. The longer a vehicle is in the shop, means we have to make other arrangements. I told them they could have communicated this with me from the beginning & I would have made other arrangements rather than being deceived. Why bring up other reasons & be upset when confronted. The customer service in this shop is truly dishonest.

Nous venons de Montréal et sommes tombe en panne avec notre F350 et notre camper a Shediac un vendredi, 15h30 avant le long congé du mois d'août. Après de nombreux appel à des garages seul Mike a accepter de nous prendre le mardi matin au retour de la longue fin de semaine. Il nous a m'en te permis de coucher dans sa cour en attendant. La première chose mardi matin un de ses mécano venait vérifier le camion et un démarreur commandé. Le démarreur n'a été reçu qu'à 16h15! Ils ont travaillé vite et bien. Si bien que nous étions de retour sur la route a 17h15! Merci a Mike et son équipe qui ont fait la différence dans notre voyage.

Service incroyable! Notre camion a brisé dans le milieu de nos vacances et Mike a fait des pieds et des mains pour trouver la pièce.

Got me in late on a Wednesday afternoon for diagnostic. Great team there and super friendly mechanics. Always nervous going to shops as a woman but they made me feel very welcome Would recommend to anyone!

Demandez à voir la facture avant de payer. Ce garage facture des frais injustifiés. Les heures de travail facturé sont exagérées. N'hésitez pas à vous défendre et à contester la facture.
