My husband needed me to pick up parts for him and while on my drive there I ran over a piece of metal: (. So when I went inside to pick up the parts, I told Jessica and Ed what had happened. Without hesitation they told me they would get me right in! They put an old tire on that they happen to have out back so that I could get home safe! So kind and so thankful for your generosity. Thank you to the mechanic as well. (Didn't catch his name!)

AutoTec is the most honest shop I have ever been to. They go above and beyond to communicate openly with you to ensure there are no negative surprises when you pick up your vehicle. Jessica at the front desk is amazing to deal with. I would definitely recommend!

My car had trouble starting and i had to jump start the car to drop it to Auto Tec. The mechanics checked the battery and told me there was dust and hence it had to be cleaned. They did mention that Once the dust was cleaned the car battery was as good as new. The cost of cleaning was $250. Within 2 days of receiving the car back from the workshop, the car would not start and when i took it back to Auto tec, they told me that the battery was dead and a new battery had to be installed. Autotec should have changed the battery in the first place when they knew the cost of a new battery is almost the cost what they charged me to clean the dust of the old battery. I took my car back and another mechanic installed the battery at my door step for $240. I lost $240 due to poor advice.

I was a long way from home and needed to get back on the road before they close for the weekend. They did a excellent job in no time, replaced alternator component instead of changing everything for a new one (which no warehouse had). They were really nice with me and charged me a reasonable price

Very quick service. Little more expensive but won't charge you for full hour for 10 minutes work. Prompt & courteous.
