We are glad to be doing business with Nauss Homes! Richie is very conscientious and efficient, returning emails or calls promptly. He also has a great team of workers. Richie provides many sound suggestions to maximize saving and for products that meet our taste and likes. Richie is currently building our passive home to a ‘net zero’ standard. We can’t wait to move in!

You have to expect the great work when it's a family business building a home for a family. Will not disappoint if you go with this company.

Ritchie & his crew are top notch. They are friendly, courteous, and very good at what they do. When using sub-contractors they only use competent people & will not accept second rate work. It’s reassuring to know that we have had someone in our corner looking after our best interests during the 2 projects recently undertaken. Would I use Nauss Homes again? Definitely!

I have not used them for any type of building (yet) but Robbie Nauss was very helpful in looking over two potential properties for my new home. He took a lot of time out of his weekend to walk both and give me his professional input.
Saved me ten of thousands of dollars that I don't want to spend on grading and clearing - etc.
So now looking for a different property so that Nauss can build me my dream home.

Our experience with Nauss Homes has been indirect, but I wanted to share from a different perspective. Any time a builder comes into your neighborhood, there's always a bit of apprehension because no one likes to have their lives disrupted by construction on their street. Nauss recently built a home across from us, and the experience has been much different than what we are going though with another builder in the area. The site was always impeccably maintained - materials were handled as soon as they were delivered, waste was properly disposed of and removed from the site regularly, and any time there were vehicles on the road for work or deliveries, they were very conscious of residents traveling in and out of the area. I know when we built our home I was very concerned about disturbing and disrupting those already living on the street, so this would definitely be a bonus if I was looking for a builder right now.

We hired Nauss contracting to build an extension on to our existing beach house. They took down an exterior wall, gutted the kitchen down to studs, tripled the size of our new kitchen, added a brand new master bedroom, ensuite and walk in closet. We reside in another province and were not able to visit the construction site during the entire renovation due to travel restrictions. All of the construction communication was done via email and texts. Their communication with us was impressive. They are always quick to respond. They kept us well informed the entire process. Any questions we had were always answered same day. They go out of their way to make you feel cared for. When the renovation was complete and we were able to travel to see the finished project we were blown away at how perfect it was. Their attention to detail is beyond impressive. Everything was perfect upon completion. We 100% recommend Nauss contracting, and if we ever need another construction project we will not look anywhere else as they are the best. Thank you Nauss for making our vision for our dream beach house come true!

Richie Nauss (Nauss Homes) recently added a garage with a full living space above it to our cottage in Shediac. From the first meeting with Richie, we knew we had made the right choice in a contractor.
We started with a very long wish list, and he made all our wishes come true!
Richie was always very responsive regarding questions before, during and after the build. We could not always be present during the project, but we were always kept up to date on the progress with texts, phone calls and photos.
The quality of the construction was absolutely incredible. His team are all very friendly, and it was a pleasure to have them on site. The trades he uses as well are top-notch.
The job site was kept clean daily. Despite covid-related supply chain issues, the project moved along steadily.
I couldn't be more happy with the results!

Nauss homes has worked on many renovation projects for me over the years including a complete rebuild of one of units in a rental building we have. They had to bring it right to the concrete and studs and start from scratch including updating the electrical from fuses to breakers, full kitchen, bathroom.everything. The apartment turned out beautiful and was rented to a great tenant even before construction finished. They were timely and professional. Never cutting corners and doing everything right the first time. I've had the opportunity to see a couple of their New builds come together recently and I am very impressed with their workmanship. They do beautiful quality work.

Nauss homes took care of my recent home build and we are very happy with it. Communication throughout was exceptional as he was always ready to answer any questions I had quickly. In a project this size there are always a few items that don't go exactly as planned but he was more than happy to work with us and make things right. The quality on the home itself is great, they were very picky about fixing anything that didn't live up to their standards. Post possession they have continued to respond quickly to any questions or concerns I've had and coordinate with whoever needs to be advised. Overall I'm completely satisfied with the process and wouldn't hesitate to recommend them to anybody I know looking to build a home.
