Excellent museum of NB military through wartime and peacekeeping. We had a guided tour of armoured vehicles, weaponry, uniforms and artifacts of NB involvement in world conflicts and at home.

This is a great museum that focuses specifically on New Brunswick's military contributions right from the beginning to current day. Very friendly and knowledgeable staff and awesome exhibits. Definitely a must see if you enjoy military history.

Had a great history lesson on a piece donated by a friend by one of the curators. Very elegantly situated, worth your time if you are in the area - you won't be disappointed.

Very friendly staff at the museum. It was nice to see the new old old uniforms and weapons on the display. They have a decent example of a WW1 tench inside. They also have a few peices of military equipment outside to look at as well. To go to museum was free they just ask if people can please make a donation.

Great experience! As a NBer, I had no idea our little province has had such a huge impact on Canadian military history. The museum is very well managed and there's lots to see; exhibits are set to grow. Well worth a visit.

A well-organised path traces military history in New Brunswick from the early settlers through to modern conflicts. Staff are friendly and knowledgeable. Guided walk-through tours available on request.

Some sections were closed for refurbishment during our visit, however, there are many historic military vehicles on the premises and around the base to see.

Note that museum hours of operation are Monday to Friday, closed on weekends.

It's recommended that you call prior to your visit.

They must have been doing renovations; all the tanks were parked all together in the parking lot. Couldn't get a good look at them; kinda disappointing.

A great place to explore military history in general including some history of the greater Oromocto area.
