NBee Gold Beekeeping Supplies

Craig made learning about this store and its products a very pleasant experience. He was very professional and was eager to share his knowledge to help make bee keeping something you would be excited to do and feel confident when using the products and handling the bees. I am located 3 hrs away from this store, but it was worth the trip to see first hand all the things they carry and in future can have things shipped right to my home.

Multiple times my husband and I have stopped in to the bee store to purchase products and each time we show up during business hours the store is closed. The hours are posted on the door, they are suppose to be open and the store is closed. It has become quite inconvenient when we drive half an hour to get there and they aren’t even open.

My experience at this store is extra ordinary. Mat is very humble down to earth and very friendly. He is very honest and extremely helpful. His products are very well made and carefully loaded to our car at no extra charge. He goes beyond his call of duty to satisfy his customers. I feel priviledged to be close to someone with such quality of service and pleasant personality.

Great service. I placed the order on the phone and someone passing through Sussex picked it up for me. They had it all ready. Good website. If you don't see it on the website call them, some stock isn't listed.

Being very interested in starting Bee keeping, I have reached out to NBee Gold Beekeeping Supplies a few times now.
The service I have received is phenomenal! Both through FB messenger, ordering on-line and going directly in the store. When going directly in the store to just ask a bunch of questions, Matt, the store owner went above and beyond to explain what the requirements are, spent a lot of time with us going around the store, not even trying to sell us anything… just very happy to answer our questions. Matt is truly very passionate about beekeeping it showed. I have ordered a couple of on-line courses which were very helpful. I will continue shopping for all my bee keeping supplies at NBee Gold!

Just from the website alone I can tell they're very passionate about what they do. My ordering experience was quick and simple. If the beeswax body balm works for me, I'll be ordering more. I'm happy to support Canadian business. Definitely give them a try! Updating to add that yes, I do find the body balm very helpful for dealing with the dry, itchy skin around my ears and did order more. No sign of any breakouts either. I would recommend trying it if you have dry, itchy skin, eczema or other similar conditions.

They were great to deal with and made sure I knew what was being done with shipping and why. When it was shipped it only took maybe 3 days to get from new Brunswick to Ontario. And they thought their normal company wouldn’t ship fast enough they got another company to get the products to me.

They are so helpful, and willing to answer any questions, especially the basic ones from a newbie like me. They really love doing this. I can't wait to work more with them this coming year.

Great resource to have this store locally. The shop owner was extremely helpful in making sure this newbee beekeeper knew what options she had for everything from feeding to overwintering to queen marking. If you're driving from afar, best to check to make sure something is in stock and if it's running low, they'll hold it for you until you get there! Will definitely be back.
