New England Pizza Company

I was charged for an amount of 27.55$ when I ordered the combo #3. The menu on your website is out of date, and lead me to believe it was 22.25$, which is not what I was charged for. When I called for an explanation, I was told it was “taxes”. Even though I clearly explained that on my receipt, I was taxed on top of the 27.55$ already. Also, nowhere’s on your website does it say what your delivery fee is but 9$ seems a little steep all things considered? I see 22.25$ on your menu, and I’m paying 40.69$ on the machine at the door, doesn’t add up.

Well the 3 times I have gone to new england pizza I have gotten the wrong order or something is missing from my order. Luckily I checked my order today before leaving and behold no toppings on my donair pizza. Don't think I will be going back

I wish I could give this place Minus 5 stars. Horrible food, Horrible disrespectful staff, including management. Do yourself a favor and eat elsewhere.
Was in for lunch today, ordered 2 regular donairs, paid, and drove around the corner to enjoy them. But enjoyment wasn’t what we got. The first bite revealed it was filled with rotten lettuce. Not wilted or lettuce that was slightly off. Slimy, rotten lettuce, that must be what the bottom of a fish tank tastes like.
I tossed the two donairs in the trash can and drove to DQ a block down and had lunch. I was stewing the entire time as I felt that the person who made our food at New England Pizza knew just how bad they would be and didn’t care. I decided to stop 30 minutes later and mention the problem and ask for a refund. That didn’t happen. The woman kept saying really, really, really, when I described our meal. Never an offer of a refund or to remake the food. Instead, she had me write down my name and number and said the Owner would be in the restaurant in ½ hour and will call me. They never did.
7 hours later I called New England Pizza and asked for the manager. As I started to describe my issue, he said he knew who I was and had my number. He never let me finish talking, he argued with me and talked over me to the point I finally hung up. 20 years we have been going there, never again. This place must have changed ownership in the last year or so. I will be calling CFIA to report them tomorrow morning.

Cream cheese stuffed crust on the garlic fingers was absolutely life changing, the pizza itself was just okay.

Picked up the Manhandler pizza (6 meats), and garlic fingers. Got both with the stuffed cream cheese crust. Never had it before and it was awesome. Will be back again. Have also tried the donair pizza and no complaints here. Loved it. Sorry there's product missing in the photos. I was hungry

Absolutely Delicious! Loved the food and the cream cheese stuffed crust was the knockout! Definitely worth trying. My new #1 spot in town for pizza

Phenomenal pizza. The only place in Freddy that gets cream cheese stuffed crust right. The staff were learning to use a new system while I was there, and I can say confidently they did a phenomenal job. Friendly staff and great pizza.

I called Wednesday night to get a pizza for pickup. I was told it would be 35 minutes before it would be ready. I told them to forget it.

I've been to a lot of places for pizza or donairs and nothing compares to New England's food. Our whole family loves your food! Thank you so much!

Cream Cheese Stuffed Crust Pizza. Also should mention they are square pizzas, and square pieces. Funs for something different

My daughter introduced me to their cream cheese stuffed pizza.and I was hooked. I loved it. I had the BBQ Chicken pizza.it was perfect.

Called at 6pm, waited 2 hours for delivery. Nothing came. Decided to call store, spoke with rude guy who said the delivery guy knocked on our door and called 3 times which they didn’t. The guy at the store said we would have to pay another delivery fee to get it sent again. Not our fault you didn’t deliver and lied about calling us and then blaming us for not answering. Have some accountability. Been a customer there for years and due to the rude guy on the phone and the girl lying about calling, we won’t use you again.

Ordered pizza and garlic fingers. Asked for all meat pizza with extra cheese, and the garlic fingers with extra cheese also. Was a good thing we ordered extra cheese on both or there wouldnt have been any cheese at all. The all meat pizza had one slice of ham and one slice of pepperoni per slice of pizza (and it was in the middle of each slice) waited 45 minutes for my order. Will not return to this restaurant again
