I stay here every time I need to go to Fredericton. Great for pizza delivery. Cross the bridge on foot and call a cab for downtown. You’ll get a really nice view, a cheap cab ride, and a fun walk home with lots of memories. Not luxurious; but still very great.
Staff is unbelievably kind and always love seeing them.

If I could give this hotel a zero rating I would this hotel is gross smells bad everything is falling apart we booked 2 rooms because my brother was.having surgery we turned up to check in and immediately left. Do yourself a favor and pay an extra few bucks for a nice hotel. This place is downright scary.

o Heat; hot water
o Fridge and microwave
o tub
- Bad
o Terrible internet (I had to use my own data to work for three days.imagine my phone bill after that)
o Not well maintained
A lot of web;
Old bed sheets (some stain on it) ;
o Other
On the road motel so be prepared to hear the traffic outside;
the pictures on internet do not reflect the reality

Avoid this motel at all cost!
This motel is extremely dirty, there was spiderwebs on the wall, the floor hadn’t been clean, dust on the counters and cigarette butts just on the doorsteps of the room.
The sheets on the bed were even ripped.
But the worst are the OWNERS. They overcharged 30$ WITHOUT telling me before. I had to call to ask why they were chrhing 30$ and they said we left blood in the room! Then, a week later, I got a message saying I hadn’t left the key before leaving which is kinda odd that they notice that a week after the booking has ended. They called many times leaving me nasty messages so basically they HARASSED ME.

This place "Only" has 3 workers:
- The Owner
- Desk Clerk/Manager (Works Everyday)
- Room Cleaner (Only Her)
The rooms are not the best. They need to be maintained and updated & renovated.
Every time you want towels, soap, shampoo, etc.
They say they will bring them to you but never show up, so you have to take it to the front desk.
As far as location, it's up to what you're looking for. It has a SHELL with M&M Meats, Pizza Shack, Gas, Snacks, Drinks, Cigarettes, etc. If you're on foot, it's a decent walk to the City of Fredericton

This was my first visit with my son after having landed with no luggage due to airline mishap. It was value for money and the staff was supportive. Rooms were clean and we had no issue.

Con artists.
Technical issue on Expedia website. Told Expedia immediately who told me to call hotel the hotel says to call Expedia then Expedia can't get ahold of them.
The person I talked to at the hotel was rude as well. I wouldn't stay there if you paid me!
