Norm's Pizza Moncton, NB

I went to get dog food next door. When I walked out, I thought to myself, I was going to get little Caesars, but why not try something new. I walked in. Briefly checked out the menu because the staff in the back were talking with each other and didn't bother to look up once and say hey there be right with you, nothing. They knew I was there. After looking at the menu for a bit, I look back, and they're still back there talking. So I think fine. Being new to moncton and wanting to try a new pizza place, I must say you guys have failed miserably. I've been in the customer service game a long time, and you don't wait that long to address customers. It's ignorant and rude.

I get it you hate your job and don't want to be there, but that's nobody's fault but your own. You cost your place of employment business that night and any business in the future from me. That's the complete opposite of what you were hired to do. They had plenty of time to acknowledge me. I ended up walking out with no pizza and no desire to ever return. I would avoid Norms pizza because they clearly don't care about people returning.

Nothing will be done about this, and nothing will change. The inside of the store looks like their trying to squeeze every penny of profit out of that place before shutting it down. Makes me wonder what the quality of the food would have been like.

I was right that night, though. Someone else was very happy to take my money.

The slices are the only way to go here, I used to order Norms to my house a lot, but the quality dropped so much that I stopped.

Paltry toppings on the u-bake pizza. Very bland. Not particularly good.

Love, provided excellent customer service and delicious food. Highly recommend

Been eating here for a long time. It is honestly my favorite place to eat. I always get 2-6 inch super donairs with extra sauce. They have not ever disappointed me! (Always dine-out at the dieppe location)
