Great company to deal with! My windshield shattered, I called Novus Monday morning, they told me to bring it in that day, and they had it replaced by the afternoon! Very pleasant and friendly to deal with, made a stressful situation a lot less stressful.

Amazing service! They were really helpful, able to work around my schedule and were fast, friendly and informative. They did a phenomenal job and price was totally reasonable and better then the big name competitors. Totally recommend going here to everyone you happy you did!

I would definitely recommend this repair shop since the customer service is amazing and the prices are more than fair. Not being familiar with cars, this shop went out of there ways to help me and answer my questions and guide me (even if it wasn’t related to glass repair).

These guys should write the book on great customer service! Nathan and the crew guided me through the process of how the insurance claim works, they were courteous, professional and helpful. Who would have believed a windshield replacement could actually be a positive experience? !
They drove me to work when I dropped my car off, and when I got my it back imagine my surprise to see it was sparkiling clean! Still can’t believe they washed my car on a day when it was -18C.now that’s going above and beyond.
