Kids loved the little ones area, staff were super nice, and the environment was neat and clean.

Only trampoline kids area in Saint John. It’s good but tad expensive than the bigger and more equipment one’s in Montreal or GTA. However, comparisons apart it’s great considering there is at least one out here. Else, poor kids!

This place has taken a dive. It's far too overpriced for half of the place to be broken. It's held together by tape and you can feel broken wood dips in the floors, in the toddler area and all the couches are broken.

Not to mention the insane amount of policing. The rules are ridiculously enforced and did I mention how grossly overpriced it is?

My Daughter left crying, feeling embarrassed to be kicked out after jumping for 10 minutes. My daughter has achondroplasia a form dwarfism. She didn’t need help from Manager Courtney to be told she’s different. She lives it everyday. They speak of equality in their business but yet not once in 11 years of being her mom have I ever felt discriminated against until that moment. She doesn’t meet the requirements to go in big jump due to 2 bones being shorter. She is 3f7 and 60 lbs. Her torso size is the same of an average size kid, her weight is the same as an average size kid. 2 bones is what keeps her short. I don’t blame Courtney for the policy, but a policy needs to be changed as we have zero issues in Moncton. My issue 2 days ago was that Courtney has allowed my daughter to jump with her peers on 2 other occasions. So I was under the assumption she finally can have fun with her friends. Well nope, Courtney informs me insurance will not cover my daughter but only if there isn’t many people in there. But once more people come she must leave. She went on to tell me how boys can be bad and rambunctious so my daughter would have to leave again. So I asked her why would you not ask the boys to behave but instead she informed me we would have to leave due to safety. So to me it sounds like they will take my money when times are slow. I’m sure no policy states Little People covered if establishment is slow only. My daughter is an all star cheerleading. She is very athletic, outspoken and as her mother I feel her safety should be MY concern and NOT up-to the discretion of a Manager. I know my daughters limits, I know what’s safe and what’s not safe. But I have to leave those decisions to a manager who knows nothing about her condition. Do better! It’s 2023, if we can accommodate every disability. Why in 2023 do I have to keep fighting for a little girl who just wants to feel normal with her friends. My business will go to Moncton where we will feel INCLUDED

This is not an autism friendly institution. I was at this location over March break and they were very difficult to work with regarding accommodations for my autistic child. I brought my 11 year old brother and my 4 year old autistic son to jump. My brother was jumping in the big jump section and walking over occasionally to go get my autistic son in the little kid section (you cannot see your child from the outside of the structure) and he was told he was pushing and trampling small children and was told he couldn't help his autistic nephew. Later the manager admitted that wasn't the case and he did nothing intentional. It made my brother upset as he's excellent with kids and would never harm a child. We had to leave early causing my autistic son to have a meltdown. We will not be back anytime soon. Manager is very unprofessional and refused to give us information to contact her boss. She said she had no boss, which is obviously not true. Just an attempt to avoid accountability.

Had my daughters 7th birthday here this weekend. We had the worst experience. Travelled for over and hour to get there and Kids were only able to jump for 15 minutes. Extremely rude employees. Will not be coming back or recommending to anyone.

Very fun place for littles but If you were planning on bringing your toddler here during a busy time of day, don’t! Their “little jump” section is not just for “little jumpers” there’s big kids everywhere! Including children who are taller than 4ft. They say you have to be 4ft to be in the bigger section but I know 7 year olds that are not yet 4ft, so there’s 6,7,8 year olds running around with 1 year olds! Very unsafe as they’re running not looking out for toddlers and completely taking over everything so the toddlers cannot play safely or at all. It should be by age, not height! My 1.5 year old should not have to watch out for 6-7 year old kids play fighting and running around & my 5 year old should not have to look out for babies, little jump should be for 4 & under and big jump should be for 5+ accompanied by adult. OR they should just not let 50 kids in the little jump section, the bigger/smaller kids mixed wouldn’t be as much of a problem if they only let 20 kids in the little jump, maybe their would actually be room for people to take turns and have room to run around.

I wish I could give this place 5 stars because it truly is such a necessary and fun place for our kiddos in Saint John. The staff are nice, and it's a nice place to hold birthday partys. However, the height limit for kids to go into the trampoline park and not just in the kid area is WAY to high. Having been to Flying Squirrel, & Sky Zone where my 4 year old has free reign, it's REALLY tough to explain to him why he can't jump on the trampolines. The trampoline in the kid area is smaller but only 2 kids allowed so there is almost always a line, and it's just not the same. My son loves running and jumping into the foam pits and bouncing from trampoline to trampoline. I respect their commitment to safety, but I've personally witnessed a 9 year old get turned away and my colleagues 8 year old daughter who desperately wants to go with her friends cant because shes shorter than them and not allowed in. The height limit is a bit extreme and I wish they would reconsider. Even if they had "little kid" jump times so the big kids and little kids don't collide. I'm not asking for super tiny kids on there but at 3/4-10 year jump times. Please consider some alternatives!

We attended the little jump park on March 11 around 11: 00am
I was so impressed with the young workers that were responsible for the little jump area during that time, in a situation where you can get employees that could slack and just not care, they were so good and interactive with the kids but also stern and when they had to enforce the rules they were not shy to do so, my daughter who is younger had grip socks but were not from a trampoline park she kindly explained why they weren’t acceptable and also helped me avoid having to stand in a long line up only to purchase socks, they were a great team, I wish I would have gotten their names…but they were great! It was nice seeing the level of professionalism from such young ladies, keep up the good work!

I took my 5 year old and neice there yesterday and she absolutely loved it there. Friendly staff clean and most of all safe. It fun for the whole family. I gave it 4 stars only downfall was that we had to travel from Fredericton to st John but it was well worth it.

Amazing indoor play ground for everyone young at heart. There is a space for every age here however the main trampoline area is the best! For kids of small stature there is a climbing and sliding jungle gym but even parents can climb in there or sit in the couch area. The taller kids can bounce their way over obstacles, across balance beams and into soft foam landings. There is an entire wall of climbing ladders and a ninja obstacle course that will have your kid coming home as a pro at the monkey bars. There are three beautifully decorated party rooms. Free socks too!

The best part of the day was the youthful staff who seemed to be diligent with safety while encouraging the kids to jump and play. Very thankful to the staff for participating in the basketball, dodgeball, and balance beam games. The staff kept up the energy!

We LOVE the trampoline park! Great place to take your kids when they have just a little too much energy, and my 5 year old loves it! The staff is always so friendly, and they've gone above and beyond for us when we've asked for anything!:)

I tried to give them money but it was nearly impossible for me to navigate. Fix your website and all the liability small print. Couldn't get a probability on a walk in time. Good luck folks, not for me.

Fun spot for the kids, beware the height restrictions in groups. Some kids may not be able to play together.

My kids LOVE Oasis Trampoline Park! Staff is very friendly and accommodating, and it’s such a fun atmosphere

A very good amusement park for children! 4 steps authorization. Be attentive when checking in — to get a whole hour inside: if you sign in at 1: 20 your time on the ground will finish at 2PM, so it's better to start 1: 30 or 2 to get the whole hour session.
01 January 2023 20:35
They go height and not age wich is not good if you have a 10 year old that is not 4 feet at least he will end up playing with toddlers wich basically puts toddlers at risk of getting hurt and where my kids did go to a bigger trampoline park before and they are used to them my youngest one would have been stuck with toddlers if we wouldn’t have said anything

Tried to book a birthday party but wouldn't know how the actual park is since their website doesn't work to book and they refuse over the phone reservations. Drive 40 mins to book in person to have someone working that doesn't actually know how to book but takes my information confirming to me that my party time is held and I'll get a call from the manager. Only to have the manager call (after I let my daughter and her friends know) and say sorry it's actually not booked because she didn't take a payment. I'm welcome to drive back in though but the date and time are not held. Ridiculous.
