OK Tire

Very Polite Members of the Team at OKTire. Was my first time using their business for undercoating. Service was friendly, and the time it took to complete the service was under an hour. Good experience, great price.

They will scam you for money. They will break parts to make you come back to them for more. They are notorious for requesting replacement when not necessary. Basically very bad doctors for your car and most awkul service I have had.

I was driving on the highway when something metal fell off the truck in front of me. I tried to swerve so that whatever it was went under the middle of my car and not drive directly over it. Long story short, it hit one of my tires. I was able to drive my car to OK Tire. The tire was not salvageable. I have been having a hard time with life lately. I was happy that my daughter and I were safe but this was not an expense I could afford without pulling money from somewhere else. I was on the phone with my mom asking to borrow money for groceries when I was informed that the employees at the store got together and paid for my tire. I cannot describe to you in words how big of a deal this was. Total strangers got together to make sure my daughter and I got home safely. They are angels and I will be forever grateful for their kindness.

I have never had any problem with Okay Tire Northside of Fredericton. They are always very friendly and prompt. I usually wait for an oil change or to have my Winter/Summer tires switched and it's never a long wait. They are very friendly on the phone when I make an appointment. Their prices are decent and they honor their coupons. They do great work. I have absolutely nothing negative to say about them!

They have great service. They will take you out to the garage to see the part that needs to be replaced on your vehicle

These guys are really amazing! They were so nice on the phone and in person, the price of my appointment was jaw dropping in a good way, and they were done really quick! Overall super pleasant experience for me and my wallet, start to finish.

Good overall experience back in 2015, staff is polite and courteous. Some issues with ordering wheels as they kept going on back order.

They supposedly fixed my car. I pulled out of the driveway and went 5 meters then something broke again. Never taking my car there again

Always fast service when it comes to tires.my third time to the store.twice for new tires, once for a tire repair.always quick and easy.

First time going here and got an earful from the mechanic for having replaced a part on my car on my own. Never going here ever again, found another garage to go to.

Always have had good and fast service there. Last time there I had no appointment but was able to get in and new tires installed after about a ten minute wait.

Early July I took my car for an inspection. They called back fairly fast and told me to replace one wheel bearing for a 2007 Yaris without ABS would cost me 800+tax including the inspection and shining up my front lights.
Needless to say that is outrageous because I got it fixed for 150 dollars at another place. The guy also said that the wheelbearing that they failed me for shouldn't have even failed. The fact they tried to rip me off that much is disgusting. So after having it fixed we took it back to get inspected. When my partner went to pick it up he told me the guy didn't look happy and was not friendly what so ever.
Evidently trying to rip me off. I got other quotes from other garages and not even close to what they tried to charge me.

Will not be taking my business back here.

Everything about the service and facilites was great. Service was prompt, explanations of the work were detailed (but still understandable). Rates are very reasonable and I'm very pleased with the work. Would very happily recommend them.

I was in a very DANGEROUS situation while driving after a snow storm. Something had fallen halfway off during driving. The closes place I came across was OK TIRE. The lady and gentlemen at the counter helped me instantly. So very friendly, so very helpful. They fixed the problem, which otherwise would of been a DANGEROUS situation. I will be back to these people. Their service man in the back (who I didnt meet), made sure my car was back to safe driving. I thank you all!

So glad I got my tires here

Had new tires put on. Staff was very friendly and helpful.even after repeated phone calls and last minute cancellations on my end they remained professional, courteous and helpful getting me in. Service was quick (it was only tires) but there was no lag, my car was in on time and out when they said it would be without any other 'hidden' fees. Store is clean and professional looking.
Great experience overall, I highly recommend.

Customer service sucks they dont have time to deal with you when you want a proper explanation they just tell you how long they have been a mechanic and will not look up specs to show you whats going on

If you need anything done with your vehicle this is the place to go. I am so glad we were told about them by a friend of ours. They are the best, honestly. I've had absolutely amazing service from them every single time I go in. They remember me by name and make me feel like a valued customer, unlike other places I've been to.

In the spring, when I was getting my inspection done my car needed a lot of work. Instead of having an employee bring us the bad news (and the high estimate) the owner/manager came over and talked us through everything himself. He even brought my boyfriend around to see exactly what he was talking about. This is the kind of service I appreciate. Everyone working here is friendly and you can really tell they're all part of the same team.
