Excellent live music and great irish decor. Definitely the kind of place you expect in the maritimes. If they keep the live music going and beer flowin, we’ll be coming back!

Stopped here on a cruise excursion. Great place! Owner was super friendly and made everyone feel at home. Wish we could have stayed there all day. Get a Moosehead!

Music and atmosphere is awesome and authentic. Staff is the most friendly and nice people they love what they do.

A ton of Moosehead on tap and a must stop place especially for out of towners! The history of this place is one of the oldest since 1987!

Did not get to eat there due to tour constraints, but they have fun, lively entertainment.

Maybe we went on an off night but didn't have a welcoming feeling at all! In fact it was the Opposite feeling. We felt like we were more of a bother then anything.

Had a Caesar there and it had an overwhelming Worcestershire sauce flavour. We also went in open mic night and none of the artists were very good.

Great experience, I really like the ambiance, great friendly staff. Good live bands and environment to enjoy! Highly recommend!

A local gem! Everything you need from your local Irish bar - beer, music, and good vibes. However, the bartender (I wish I remembered his name) made the entire experience. His chat was fantastic.

Great pub with alot of history in the heart of saint john. Something for everyone: live music, weekend dance music, craft beers, local favorites, cocktails, friendly staff, an irish pub with personality within walking distance of everything you need to experience in saint johns historic district

I love Irish music, so this is a great spot in my opinion. The bar tender poured me a Nice pint. If you're hungry they have a relationship at the restaurant across the street. This place doesn't actually serve food but I had jambalaya which was delicious. The other restaurant brought over and I paid them. A bit different but totally workable. This is a pub that just serves drinks.

I was there on a Sunday night most everything else in town is closed these folks stay open till about midnight and even have live music.

What a great atmosphere! Sarah at the mic was phenomenal live entertainment. Our group loved everything about O'Leary's. The drinks were delicious and very well priced. Thank you for the experience. Will be back again.

My go to place! Cory the bar man is just great. Relaxed setting with live music and great beer. Try the O'Learys Amber Ale!

I really like this place, the open mic nights on Wednesday are one of my favourite things to go to. I find the weekends to be super crowded and a little overwhelming, the bar staff are great, some of the best.

This pub is a small but great place to stop for a beer as you walk all g the streets of Saint John. The service is great and the price is average for the area. Typical average Irish pub with great local music at times and friendly service. You will enjoy this break climbing the hill to the pub and the great people that frequent it.

This is the place your late teens and early twenties were formed. Always a pleasure to stop in and hear some great music

Had a great time listening to Irish music during our time in town! Never expected to find live Irish music at 2pm on a Tuesday, but it was such a pleasant surprise! Great local beer selections as well. Thanks to the fabulous singer for playing my favorites!

Amazing! They had live music at 2pm. We had a wonderful time. Great local brews. Awesome time, then right on the ship.

Worst drinks I ever had in an Irish pub. Felt the drinks were diluted with water.even the whiskey shots we took were no good. They had live music on Saturday night when we went which was nice. Also it was open till 2am. 2 stars only for the ambience and late opening hours.

The Irish Pub of Saint John, New Brunwick. A must to visit for a pint! You may even catch me at the front bar.

Great atmosphere and location. If you want to have a few good pints and listen to some live Irish music with a friendly staff this is the place to go.

Has the charm of an Irish Pub right out of Boondock Saints the live bands have been top notch!
