Once Upon A Child

If I could give this place zero stars I would. I bought rubber boots for my daughter that were supposed to be a size 5. They were attached and one had a brand new tag on it, so I didn’t check the sizes on the bottom of the boots. When I went to try the boots on my daughter, I saw that one was a size 5 and one a size 6. Went in to the store to get a refund and was told that they have a 7 day refund policy and that she couldn’t help me. I completely understand under normal circumstances that a 7 day policy should be enforced. But for a pair of boots that were attached and not even the same size? Should be a little more flexible with this. This is a place that I have come to often, and I’m sad to say - I will not be back.

This place is incredible! The employees are so friendly and helpful. The quality of the clothes are wonderful. Thank you for the super service.

Lots of stuff, great spot. Very difficult to look through the top row of clothes thought being short and pregnant.

Not worth trying to sell anything here. It's such a waste of time. Most gets sent back. Things with tags are regularily rejected. If you don't want new clothes what do you want? It's what I want to buy.

Beautiful place. Here you can buy used children's clothes (in excellent condition) at an affordable price.

Love this place. Staff is always super friendly and Knowledgable. I even had to do a return on an item, I didn't have the original but the debit receipt and the manager was able to find it! The only downside is when there is a lineup of customers sometimes there is 3 staff back there chatting with each other, and they don't always acknowledge you if you are waiting. I always recommend this place to new moms, they are always getting new toys, equipment and clothes!

I have been in this store for a couple of purchases. This store is filthy! The toys are sticky and dirty. The clothing sizes are completely off and overpriced for stained shrunken used clothing! I was only a couple of days over my 7 day return policy and they wouldn't even let me exchange my item! No thanks. I will not be shopping here again. Terrible customer service.

This store has a LOT and they're always organizing. I find the place to be extremely affordable, staff is amazing and the items are very well placed!

Love this store, recently expanded for more space for us shoppers. Scored an awesome condition PK beans sleeper. The cashier that served me is always in an upbeat awesome mood no matter what day I’m in. Definitely nice to have consistent same customer service any day of the week!
