Palette Rooftop Bar

Nous avons eu une excellente expérience le soir du 14 juillet. Je voudrai dire un merci spécial à ces deux personnes du personnel présentes sur la terrasse ce soir là, qui ont vraiment contribuer à nous mettre à l’aise malgré le monde présent! Nous y retournerons sans hésitation! C’est super!

I only had a drink but it was so delicious! Great views, excellent service. A very vibey spot and would definitely come back for tapas and drinks again!

I recently visited Palette, and it was absolutely fantastic! The service was excellent, the drinks were amazing, and our group had a blast. Highly recommended for a fun and enjoyable experience. Five stars all the way!

Bartender was great, all the drinks "slapped" and the one below was the autumn on the seine. Super smooth and probably the best on the menu!

Loved the atmosphere. Beautiful place with a great vibe. Unfortunately I won’t be able to go back. The strong smell of perfume was really bothersome for me. It fully hit me when they brought a drink with incense burning on top I think? When they left with the burning drink topper, perfumes were still bothering me and we noticed something at our table was the cause. We blew it out but they had it burning on all tables throughout. It did not take long for my throat to be scratchy and for it to ruin my experience as I felt sick so we finished our drinks faster than planned and didn’t stay for 2nd
. I never thought to ask ahead of time as it’s the very first time I go to a bar that has scented perfumes going. Additionally the lights we had right next to our table kept flickering in our face, dimming and then full brightness randomly. When we asked the waitress about them since we figured someone was playing with the dimmer, we were told they cannot figure out what is wrong with the light or how to fix it. It was really distracting while deep into a conversation since the light is right at the table on the wall. If you are sensitive to perfumes like me, the smell may be bothersome so just keep that in mind. Highly suggest they burn unscented stuff so that it still gives the candlelight vibe but doesn’t affect people allergic or sensitive to perfumes. If perfumes don’t bother you, you will probably love this place, I just suggest to not sit at the table with the big round light next to it. Also the rounded bar height chair backs don’t allow to hang your purse and our table was small but I had to put my purse on it, thankfully my purse was very small, bring yourself a purse hook!

Cute little bar on the hotel rooftop, ambiance music was good and waiters efficient/quick.

Good location, small, dark with no sound proof panel on ceiling so it s echo a lot. Over 40 year's old will get a headache. Purse hooks under the counter is a must to install if your customers come with a minimum $500 purse. Service was good, cocktails very interesting even for the free spirited. Didn't try the food, but talked to the chef, he is very genuine. Clean washroom up to standards.
I understand it tries to be a hype place, miss a bit to turn this place into Moncton's night staple

Super lovely bar! Drinks were soooo tasty! We loved the atmosphere. It was busy so it took about 20 minutes to receive our drinks but they did bring us water while we waited. Overall it was a wonderful experience:)
