I have mixed feelings about this place.

On one hand I like the brand itself and I would call myself a loyal customer.

On the other hand I don't feel comfortable coming to this location. The experience reminds me of a scene from Pretty woman movie where Julia Roberts is trying to buy something at a very expensive store.

I mean, this is not an expansive jewellery. Why would they behave as if selling Ferrari then? Does it really make customers feel welcomed and appreciated?

I am exstemely upset with Pandora. Specifically Moncton. I received a beautiful rose gold plated bracelet a year ago as a gift. Two months after receiving the bracelet a stone was lose. They did repair the lose stone. Just yesterday the bracelet snapped in half and randomly fell off my wrist. It was not caught on anything, wasn't pulled, just broke. I went into pandora and asked if there was anything they can do. Was told basically nope, nothing they can do. And that there was probably nothing any jeweler could repair.

This bracelet was $200.00 dollars, rose gold plated and filled this silver. And because it broke a year later its just garbage? Are you kidding me? This bracelet had great sentiment to me, and the fact the store refused to do anything at all is very upsetting. I do understand that it is not within the mangers control to fix this because she has rules she has to follow. And its worth noting she was empathic about the situation.

I am though still beside myself upset about my bracelet. Everytime I looked down at my right wrist it reminded me of someone who I love so much. Being told it was unfixable and there was nothing they could do was devastating.

This is the second time I've had issues with this bracelet. I have asked loved ones to no longer purchase anything for me from pandora. $200 dollars and a year later jewelry should not be snapped in half. Jewelry is a sentiment item for a lot of people. Pandora clearly does not value sentiment, or quality.

If you are looking for a sentimental gift for a loved one, I recommend shopping somewheres else. I've cried a lot about my bracelet. I wouldn't want someone else to feel the exact same way I feel now. Avoid pandora

Customer service was great. The store was clean and welcoming. Lots of fresh display pieces.

Had an awesome experience with Jeniffer. Very professional. A must visit, she's well verse in the Pandora product. Definitely worth my 5 stars.

Very upset with my service at this location. I had purchased a ring from Spicer Jewelry (the pandora portion) in Saint John and the girl had given me the wrong size ring. I was in Moncton for the week and hoped to exchange for the proper size. The women told me they get “bad reviews from the spicer in Saint John”so they did not like to do exchanges from this store, then proceeded to tell me there was a scratch in the ring. I have not been able to wear the ring yet as it is not the proper size. She was very rude and dismissed me after the “scratch” was seen…

Very bright and clean. Friendly staffs and great service. Beautiful charm or jewelry to buy for yourself or as a gift.

Very dissatisfied, came in today to exchange a bracelet purchased for me as a gift, item was in original packaging never opened or worn and I provided the receipt. They informed me that this store was privately owned so they can't exchange anything bought online, I have read both the policy and receipt which indicates any pandora store can accept an exchange. I will be calling customer service tomorrow to ask about them refusing my exchange and inquire if this is to their standards.

Super service j’adore mon ensemble de bijoux Pandora, je le porte quotidiennement!

I have unfortunately not had great experiences with customer service at this location. There have been numerous occasions that I have gone in to browse and or shop and have not been greeted or acknowledged by any of the staff and might I add that the associates were not busy with other clients.
I do have to mention a particular situation that happened this weekend while shopping in this store. My husband and I were finally served and I was at the cash paying. An associate opened the backroom door and screamed across the store to another associate/mod that one of their associates was in the backroom having another nose bleed and that she would not be coming out onto the salesfloor. What makes this situation even worse is that the person she was yelling to didn't hear what she had said so the associate yelled the information once again even louder across the store. This was so inappropriate and unprofessional. Management should be aware that this occurs on the salesfloor especially when customers are present and this needs to be addressed.

Friendly and knowleagle staff. Sarah helped me pick out a great xmas gift for my wife. She had tons of patience with my lack of knowledge on jewelry etc.she was always smiling. Made my stressful shopping day alot easier.

My favorite fashion jewelry brand, there are pretty and goes well with different type of clothes.this location carried a lot varieties. The stuff are friendly too. Sometimes they have amazing promotion like over 70 dollars get a free charm, something like that. I always wait for the promotion to get what I want for a long time, on some holiday the store would be busy though, so be sure skip the rush hour.

Amazong customer service. Very reasonable prices. Usually isn't too busy, although it can get crowded around Christmas time.

Very disappointed in service at Pandora Champlain Mall today. Received a pandora charm for Christmas. Unfortunately, I already had the same charm. Drove from Bathurst to Moncton to exchange the charm for another that I had already pre-selected. I was advised by the clerk that I could not exchange my charm as they were not accepting returns, or exchanges today. Company policy. I explained that I drove down from Bathurst expressly to exchange the charm for another. When she refused, I asked to return it and get my money refunded. She then spoke with her manager and came back to say that I could not exchange it, or return it today. Company policy.

So I will have to make another special trip to Moncton return my charm. I will not purchase another and will not recommend Pandora to any of my friends/co-workers.

Of note, no where on the receipt does it state that there are restrictions on days where one can exchange or get a refund. In addition, the store was not overly busy as I was served as soon as I entered the store.

Pandora should rethink their company policy to ensure customer satisfaction.
