Vraiment un endroit paisible. Les terrains sont bien espacés pour donner une certaine intimité. Les prix sont plus que raisonnables et le personnel très courtois. Facile d'accès par la Trans-canadienne.
Very nice clean and organized and quiet campground. Lots of mature trees. Stayed in spot 72. Actually stayed there twice! Botanical gardens right next door was wonderful.
We have stayed here 2 times. Both times we were passing through the area. We travel with a RV trailer, so we are interested in the 2 way and 3 way sites. They do have some pull-thru sites. The park is located close to the hwy. You can hear some road noise from the 3 way sites. These 3 way sites are my favourite. I will continue to use this park.
We stopped here overnight on our way to Nova Scotia. We arrived late and left early so didn't have time to really explore, but the staff was super friendly and the comfort station was the cleanest I've ever seen in a Provincial Park. Would definitely camp here again, hopefully for a little longer next time.
This park is very well set up, paved roads, probably one of the nicest I've seen on a recent east coast trip. Workers there can switch from English speaking to French speaking quick as slick
Camping here is a joke! Non-stoping loud music, crowds and motorcycles coming and going by the tents, not to mention the noise from the nearby highway. They don't respect people's sleep at all! Why could this camp ground exist! If I can give negative stars I will!
All hotels completely full on our way back from PEI, and as luck would have it we had some camping gear with us. So we booked one of there rustic cabins and decided to spend a night on our way Home to Ontario. What a great way to finish our trip. Park staff was fantastic, cabin is great and the person who was singing, was amazing. Definitely great way to finish our trip
One of our fave parks across Canada. Great prices, friendly staff and lots to do. We stayed on the rustic cabins and will return next time we are passing through for sure!
Très bel endroit, bien entretenu et propre. Npus étions dans le chalet no. 2 et la vue est superbe. Malgré le bruit de l'autoroute à proximité, c'est tranquille la nuit. Je recommande cet endroit sans hésiter.
Very family oriented park! If you are just traveling through and need a place to crash in your tent the sites are quite nice but with little shade as there are not many large trees. The showers and bathrooms were exceptionally clean and if you stay on the island there is a full sink for dishes.
We stopped in on our way from Newfoundland to Ontario, it was a great mid way point for us and super close to the TransCanada Highway.
A yearly stop on our way through New Brunswick. It is a well layed out park. The washrooms and facilities are very clean. Trailer dumping station is well layed out and clean as well. Excellent facility
This was a really nice spot, right on the river, not huge but didn't feel cramped. We stayed at campsite 23 which is a little busy but the pool is right behind it which is open til 830. With the pool is also a little store and a kiosk that you can sign out rackets for tennis or a basketball etc. Really happy we stopped here.
The park is very clean and has nice sites. The downfall was that we were told they had power in their yurts, but didn't actually have an outlet. It is simply a USB plug. It is also right on the highway so the traffic noise is a bit loud out in the tent sites.
Very nice park. We ended up with a small very out in the open campsite because most were booked but we did take a walk around the park and there were alot of nice shaded sites. There is also a really nice heated pool that you can use for free if you're camping. There is also a botanical garden which costs around $20 to walk through. Nice walking trails as well.
Stayed 1 night. Friendly staff. Well-maintained facility. Our site was closer to the road and unfortunately a little loud because of it but did not affect our sleep.campsites weren't as private as we'd like but maybe some site are more private than the one we chose. Did not check out the garden or use any of the facility amenities, but enjoyed our stay!
Very small park. Nice, well-maintained camp sites. Very friendly staff. Great for kayaking the Madawaska river. A beautiful botanical garden nearby. Pool for the kids. Close distance to all services in Edmundston.
It's a small provincial park, but it's very nice for what it is. I stop and visit this park each time I pass through NB and wouldn't hesitate to recommend it to my fellow campers.
Very well kept cabin, quiet atmosphere, decent wifi connection in the main pool building area, and clean bathrooms. Definitely would return if in the area again!
