Parlour Pawn

The manager is a theif and confrontational. They sold me a drill combo. Few days later I noticed corrosion on it and went to return it. There was also a cracking on the plastic of the battery.

Essentially called me a liar and refused to refund me after because 'he doesn't make mistakes'. He got red in the face and started going off on me in the store.

This is after almost half a year of selling them items at very low prices and never arguing about the price.

Not a bad store in person, the online estimator is completely useless as it blocks JPEG images, aka the most common type of photo anyone could ever try and upload

They severely underpay, do not buy books unless it’s for weaboos. They do not buy fishing or hunting gear, they do not buy plated gold, broken phones, basically they only buy things their staff seems to have value. If you’re not a nerd selling a statue of female dead pool or a gaming computer at 30% of its value, or a homeless person with a cache of stolen tools, your trip will be wasted here.
I hope they come to understand that they are the niche audience, not the other way around.

Terrible prices. Terrible service. The most shady pawn shop I’ve been to in years. I definitely do not recommend this pawn shop.

Been shopping here for years, I got my first ever DS here when I was about 6, it was the best time of my life. I recommend going here as they have so many cool things and all for a fair price

The parlor is the only pawn broker I have dealt with where the employees don't judge you and treat me with the utmost respect. They also have a wide range of music gear which makes buying the right items easy

I love this place and the staff.
Always a good chat with whoever is working and they're always able to help with usually whatever you ask them.
They have decently priced items. Especially dvds and seasons of shows which are my favorite to buy, and Nintendo ds games.
They have all kinds of systems and games. Musical instruments. Electric work tools, tools. And also a spot to pawn your items don't forget it is a pawn shop. I just prefer this one over all in town cause they have more selection than any other.

6/5 stars for customer service and friendly staff. Well priced as well. About a week ago I asked if they had a PS4 Pro over Facebook Messenger and a week later they remembered me then let me know. Fantastic!

Outstanding store, truly a cut above the rest of the industry. Always have been treated fairly. Prices are good and they'll always have your back if the product isn't 100%. I'd buy everything here if they carried more products!

If I could give less then one star I would they rip you off, there no negotiation, no bargaining why call your self a pawn shop when your just a regular store been going there for over 10 years you lost this customer don't recommend to anyone at all go else wheres

Good store atmosphere and knowledgeable staff. I got some nice quality jewelry from them and they have a great selection of video games and collectibles items. Bought both my TV and cellphone from them at great prices.
