Great selection of all things party related. Costumes decor and supplies. Huge selection of balloons helium and non helium.

I had purchased a number of balloons yesterday that did not last until today. They were meant for my 6 year old son's birthday today. Thankfully the store was very accommodating and offered to replace my deflated balloons with new fresh ones. Although the need to make two trips there wasn't ideal, I do appreciate the responsiveness and help. My 6 year old loves his balloons.

The store felt like a cross between a party supply shop and a dollar store. Some celebration items were reasonable while others werent. During my visit I only saw a single staff member. I discovered them near the back of the store stocking shelves

Felt a little odd to walk in and not see and staff. The staff member was polite and asked if we needed assistance.

They were busy for Halloween already, i visited for my son's birthday stuff that i saw was sale online and surprized not to find any because of halloween. On top i was charged extra and if i had not double checked it would not have known it

We ran into a couple of issues with the balloons that are $12.99 busting on us before making it to the event. Both times they were understanding and refunded me no questions asked. One time I had even waited a week to go in and talk to them about due to my schedule and inability to make it there as we live outside the city where I bought it. Very impressed with their customer service.

Prices are outrageous. Can get the same stuff from Amazon for 1/10 of the price. Got some balloons filled yesterday and the helium didn't even last 12 hours. Dollarstore balloons last for days.

Party city is the place to go, when you have time to look around haha. This location is big, so if you're going make sure you have time to spare! Loads of stock, in all the colors you can imagine. Staff ha always been friendly. Definitely the place to get all your party supplies in SJ!

Very little for anniversary decorations.helium balloons are cheaper at Great Canadian Dollar Store.

Love having party city in Saint John. I use to have to order online and get horrible shipping cost. Bought everything needed for my daughter's birthday. They have every theme imaginable. If your having any type of party Party City is where you should go to get everything you could need.

This is the greatest place to go for your party supplies for sure. Speciality balloons for sure.

Favorite store. Very different items here. Grinch pajamas for kids and adults supper cute. Staff are very helpful
