Miss for Party City for terrible customer service from the store manager and not honoring refund.
On the 17th, I bought two harry potter wands and clearly asked for the return policy on the items as I needed to check with my wife. The associte told me you have 7 days prior to the holiday to return the product. Today, I came to the store, and the store manager refused to give me the refund stating it had to be 14 days and showed me something in the register.
I clearly didn't saw it, and clearly the associate didn't showed to me. However, the receipt clearly states that 7 days I am still able to return the item. See picture for details (I am doctoring the associate name for privacy). The problem here is the store manager for the lack of training and for not complying with the contract in the receipt.
I requested an email either of the store owner or from the regional manager so I can place this complaint. Sadly, he refused to provide it and asked me to email him my concerns and "he would see if that get escalated". Sure! He did not honored the receipt contract, surely he will escalate my email.

Terrible Customer service from the store Manager!
Went with my husband to return a product and was denied. The receipt clearly states 7 days prior to the holiday. Product was brought on Oct 17th. We were told by the employee at the time that the return policy was 7 days as stated on the receipt. Today the store manager very abruptly denied us the refund not honoring the receipt.

The worste Party City store I was ever at. They had two awesome little animated Halloween pieces I liked but no life size animatronics which was a let down since I was going to Party City to checkout there animatronics they were sapose to have but had none besides a very wierd life size Mickheal Myers that was very dumb haha. The other Party City stores out of Canada have animatronics and the wierd part is they had some of the stuff the U. S.stores have but no life size animatronics at all. A very big let down this year, and this is just my opinion and what they could improve on and I think it could have been better.

Love this store. They always have lots of options for all my decorating needs, be it birthdays, graduation or holidays like Christmas, etc they have everything I need. Fair prices and helpful, friendly staff.

We bought some party supplies for our twin daughter's birthday party. The quality of what they sell is comparable to what you would get at Dollorama for a fraction of the price. Nevertheless, still a one stop shop for your party needs and they have a wide assortment of helium ballons of all size.

Is magnificent place. Has every theme imaginable. When i first walked in, i could not believe what i saw. Anniversaries, Birthdays for the very young and old. Christmas, Halloween, Easter, Valentine's Day. In the BD selection they have every theme your child could want. The blow up helium of every kind. Even if you do not buy, it is worth seeing!

Has everything I ever needed! They also carry stuff I never even thought of. Lots of decorations for different ages and lots of different themes. A bit expensive though.
