I can assure you, based on my experience, any positive reviews on here must have came from company insiders. It’s like talking to a wall when contacting this company. I’m not sure if it’s neglect or managing too many properties at once but landlords should avoid this property management company.

I have been renting from POMM for several years now and must say they are great company to rent from. They have made marked improvements to the building since I have moved in with very little increase in rent over the last few years. Their response time to repairs, inquiries and concerns is very timely and their staff have always been pleasant to converse with.

I have been a tenant of POMM’s since moving to Saint John four years ago. I can honestly say that I have nothing but positive experiences in all my dealings with them. The maintenance guys are always prompt, courteous and professional. They always do a great job in whatever task they are assigned.
Beth is my primary contact in the office and is always very professional, very friendly and always gets things done in a timely manner, and very Importantly; always follows up to make sure that I am satisfied and the job was done to my satisfaction. The whole POMM Team has been a pleasure to deal with.

Pomm is one of a kind! The staff are the most amazing and caring I have EVER seen. If it wasn't for them my family would not have a place to call home! I rented from Peace of Mind Management from October 2015 - September 2016. After inquiring about apartments, I was shown multiple rentals right away. I was shown something I was exactly looking for. The lease signing and payment arrangement was seemless. The building was secure and cleaned regularly. A slight problem with my refrigerator was fixed promptly. Catherine helped me in every step and my calls were always answered/returned promptly. I would definitely recommend this management company.
