Penske Truck Rental

Very difficult place to Review. I know Some things do never change but I really hope they will be the exception. Some times I feel they get more rewards from costumers disappointments than costumers satisfaction. (talking about Garage)

After U-haul canceled our reservation 48h before our moving date, Penske was able to secure a truck for us and save the day!
And the service was EXCELLENT! Over the top. Best customer service I’ve experienced in a while (Jolene and Emilie).

Once again James came through for me by correcting a electrical problem. Took his time to help me out and get me going. Thank you James.

Had my truck in for service on Thursday. Picked up truck on Saturday. Still had problems. Talked to service and James helped me out.he went out of his way to repair problem and get me going. A huge thank you to James.
