The service is consistently slow and disorganized, with a notable incident today where they prioritized customers who arrived after us. The frequent turnover of staff added to the overall lack of organization. Despite being loyal customers, these issues have led us to reconsider future purchases from this store. We'll be exploring alternatives for our jewelry needs.

I got a watch for graduation, here. The watch came super fast, I was notified right away, and Breanne did everything she could to help. I would buy another watch here without hesitation.

New Pearl necklace lasted from the box, to about 7 seconds later before the string snapped when we went to put it on. Not the quality one would expect from a $1000 purchase.
