The conditions that they are allowing their fish to live is is absolutely unacceptable. Bettas with yellow water and days worth of food and a cup with slime growing, all their tanks have sludge it’s so disgusting. Not to mention the fish look half dead

Even though they have lots of good products, the two times I've been there the service an attitude from the cashiers is no the best. It felt as they didn't want me there. The guys in the floor were great a knowledgeable

This store just recently opened and so far I gotta say it's amazing, they always have the best of stuff and the cutest of cats, it's so sad thou walking in there and seeing them locked in that cage all day. When I go there and I have money I like to buy them some snacks and or toys to try and make them just a little bit more happier!

Poor cashier was very patient with some incredibly awful customers who were holding up the line for a good fifteen minutes. Other than that all was good. Give that cashier a raise for her patience alone.

If you're not looking to buy fish, it's fine. Fish are often sick, tanks mislabeled and are full of dead fish, and it's really hit or miss with how knowledgeable the staff are.

The store has pretty much everything you are looking for.

The staff are all super friendly and everyone was happy to help me find the items that were on my checklist to set up my self-sustaining aquarium. One of the staff members definitely has Golden Retriever energy!

This is something I have been saving towards for years now and the fact that you had everything I would need in one location was phenomenal. They even had live aquarium plants!

It made me very happy to see the animals in such healthy condition. I didn't buy any fish today but compared to some of the stores I have been to, you can really tell that the staff care and are very knowledgeable when it comes to petkeeping. I look forward to the day I can introduce some fish!

They are actively gouging people. November 2022 I was paying 1.79 per can for wellness senior wet cat food. Today, March 2023 that same can is 3.09. Forcing people to use cheaper inferior alternatives. Look forward to when these brick and mortar companies close down.

Had our dog bathed here. Workers were friendly and did a good job.they clipped his claws and trimmed his paws. We're happy with this visit. Only odd thing: they confirmed my phone number when we dropped him off, to call when he was ready, but when he was ready, they called my spouse's phone. Not a big deal at all, and this does not negate the good work they did, but I thought it was a bit odd.

Bought a kong harness paid top dollar for what I was told at the time of purchase was the best and all Kong products had lifetime warranty I chose this brand because of the metal buckles well just like the cheap plastic buckles they failed and come to find out after reaching out to the company it only had a 60 day warranty very disappointed in the lack of knowledge or honesty
