I always find what my dogs needs and wants haha. The staff are super friendly an k ow their stuff! Quality dog food at good prices. Also very clean an animals are well taken care of. Well done! We will be back for future purchases.

Edit: Since my review nearly one year ago, I feel as if things have gotten worse. There is barely anything in stock and the store itself feels like a warehouse. I go here as a last resort.

I excitedly walked into PetSmart with a long list of items I would need for my new puppy. Within minutes I realized they were out of stock for nearly every single item I needed. I'm talking simple stuff, like a leash, water bowl etc. After continuously being disappointed by not finding anything I needed, I left and went to a pet store that actually has stock. This is not the first time that this has happened to me at this location. At this point, I realize it is a waste of time to go here and from now on I'll shop elsewhere.

Thanks to Sean at Fredericton PetSmart for helping me select an aquarium and giving me instructions on how to set everything up. Can't wait to purchase some fish when the tank is cycled.

I couldn’t find anyone to help me on the sales floor after looking twice around the store. When I asked at the cash for an item they were supposed to have in stock I asked if someone could check and I was told no that if I didn’t see it on the shelf they didn’t have it and that their computers are never right. I am leaving one star because it doesn’t give the choice to leave none.

Businesses need to consider that some things may be detrimental to their clients (pets or dogs), such as this cute pot head toy. The only problem is that some people don’t know that marijuana is deadly to dogs so this toy is not appropriate.

Apointments are never on time, leaving you pet in cages for way to long without regards of them needing to use a bath rm and hurting them with cutting nails to short. Will never take any pet back there again or even buy product to a company that can't even answer a phn and when someone does they are whiny because they have to walk all the way over to the grooming area. I'm done with it
