Pine Acres RV Ltd Moncton

Happy to sell you an RV but takes forever to get repairs made. Bought a new trailer in July needed new awning motor took two months to get it. Came and took movie of it, then came back to take voltage reading then finally replaced it Still waiting to get awning it's self replaced. I have taken pictures then they came and took pictures of the rips.
Seems manufacturer doesn't trust dealer. Takes months to get warranty work done. Stay clear of this place.

We had a great experience shopping here. We bought a used trailer, the process was smooth, easy and Justin and Brian were most helpful and accommodating. We are very happy with our purchase.

We had the absolute best service from EVERYONE we came in contact with at Pine Acres in Moncton! Justin, Eugene and Brian and the man who gave us a run through of everything when we picked it up (unfortunately cannot remember his name) we’re all top notch and extremely helpful!

Wife and I were in the market for a new RV, figured we would stop here and see what they had.walked into the showroom passed a couple sales people in their offices. Went into one of the display rv's they had looked around no one came out to greet us or even ask us if we needed help. Then one employee came in and just walked past us didn't ask us if we needed any help or anything. Finally walked into an office and asked the guy if he was a salesmen. He said yes and then we sat down and spoke for a few minutes, they didn't have anything that would fit what we wanted so we left without making a sale or seeing any units. This is not the type of service I think a person should get when they want to drop over 40k on a trailer. At least the parts manager was friendly!

Bought a 5th wheel camper from Pine Acres on Saturday. Justin was our sales person and Bryan Quimby helped us with our paperwork. Bryan also took us out to the camper to check on a few items as our sales person was on the phone. Great service and super happy with the camper and the price.

I want people to know that I had no dealings with anyone else then a Sales man (Larry)
I was going to trade a Boat on a Used Motohome Class A spoke with the salesman and he told me what they were going to give me X $ for my boat towards a used Motohome and I went to see the Unit and the price on Auto Trader is 148900.00 As I was going over the Motohome I asked him what the price on the RV, he answered 148900.00$
I know that because of my trade that they weren’t going to move much on the price of the (used) RV but I felt insulted, not lowered by a penny, apologetically I said sorry to have wasted your time, he then raised his voice to me and kept saying “Well what do you want it for “ I immediately told him to lower his tone and said to go on Auto Trader and there is 7 identical used RVs for in Sale in Canada, I know for a fact that Sales people are constantly checking these sites to see so they can compare their prices.
Bottom line I don’t appreciate being spoken to in that tone and I had to warn him twice to lower his voice…. (Took everything to not slap him)
And then left the premises.
Highly not recommended for they change colours quickly lol.

Rhonda and I bought a used RV from Pine Acres (Moncton) in January 2023, and our experience has been terrific. Everything Luc promised us in January was done without question, and Bryan was very helpful on the paperwork we needed done. Tanya coordinated delivery to our campground on the May delivery day and time promised and Todd did a fantastic job setting us up. I told Luc in January we wanted a real relationship with a dealer, and we have that now. Very pleased.

Terribly overvalued inventory, not competitively priced.
I guess all that spray tan the sales guys wear must be incredibly expensive?

We have been supplying software to Pine Acres RV since 2011. We consider them a valued customer and partner! I have personally worked with Luc and Bryan many times over the years and have always found them to be very knowledgeable and respectful. Given how they have treated us I'd have no problem recommending them for your next RV purchase.
