Pita Pit

I placed a 500$ order to be picked up for a lunch for a group if workers who have been going non stop. They counted on this lunch. 35 min before it was to be picked up they called and said they'd need another hour and a half to two hours longer. Ummmm, so you mean long after their lunch break is over. I asked him to get off phone and just make them. I got to store gave them extra time at this point he said maybe an extra 30 mins. Nope still not ready. And they proceeded to take and make more orders and kept putting mine to the side as new people came in. Beyond disappointment and you've not only let me down but the 25 people who missed lunch. To make matters worse he told me reason it was late was because he didn't see order when he came in. I'd placed online and paid before they even opened. If they cannot handle that level of business they shouldn't accept it. Their own app let me pick times and some were even earlier than I chose. Complete failure!

The staff is unfriendly and doesn't speak English. I had to repeat everything 3 times, from choosing and paying for the pita, ending with the choice of toppings. She also has no idea what "give me the package" means.

I usually go into pita pit quite frequently to get my chicken caesar and there was this one worker who was named jade.she was so kind and thorough with my order, she always gives me extra of everything and never complains.i also love the other staff.

Like the chicken Caesar salad bowl. Lots of choices so you are bound to find something for you.

Garbage. I threw it in the garbage. My pita had all of the toppings segmented, not distributed. They put raw mushrooms and green peppers when I asked for them to be grilled. The chicken was mush. Terrible. The chicken was all at one end and the olives were in a single pile and the sprouts and the peppers and mushrooms the same. Even the romaine was in a huge lump in the pita, not evenly distributed. Never again.
