Stood for 15 minutes at the cash register waiting for somebody to take our order workers did not even acknowledge us

I purchased a takeout salad with falafel recently and asked for garlic sauce. I didn't check til I got back to my hotel room and realized it wasn't garlic sauce but ranch dressing.
Had he told me they didn't have garlic sauce I ould have asked for something else. I ended up throwing out the salad. What a waste.

The food here is consistent. Very delicious. I find the staff friendly and knowledgeable.

Asked for NO mushrooms several times and the girl who served us was out right ignorant kept saying they were on the grill kept telling her NO mushrooms.then the guy who served us at the cash said there was NO mushrooms in our order on the grill only to come home to take a bite and what do you know there was MUSHROOMS in my pita.needless to say wont be back.employees should learn to LISTEN to their customers and not be so ignorant
