Pita Pit

Was aked to wait at the drive thu then was i had to come inside cause drive was temporarily closed.

Went in side to find one person working.
Was told they where out of yogurt to make smoothies and had no chicken.

Wait was long despite not been overly busy

Small portions at a premium price, no lids on any condiments so vegetables are brown and dried. Not worth the money.

Use to go here, not anymore but want to come back here delicious food and drinks staff are respectful they even gave me a Pita Pit colouring book 5 years ago which was very nice of them thank you the only 1 star would be the atmosphere it was very loud different people working there now then back then they blast their heavy metal music which can be really loud but do like some heavy metal stuff can’t say I don’t
Either than the heavy metal taste it’s a great place to be.

The service was below average. I was told the pitas on the menu didn't exist so I was told to pick chicken no beef at all. My pop was flat twice after paying 5$ for a pop. We were absolutely gouged and gutted with how terrible this was. Would give 0 stars if I could. On top of all of that it took 15 minutes for buddy to make our pitas because he was making the drive-thru a priority over the customers he already had taken the order my chicken was burnt. So so disappointed and rotten lettuce. Gross. Will not return to this location.

The attendant didn't even offer to throw mushrooms onion and green peppers on the grill. Like they have asked for the past 20 years. We shrug and say not a big deal I guess, we didn't want to bother him. Go to pick my ingredients and I ask for a SPRINKLE of feta. Nope, can't have two cheeses, he says. So I ask if I can have that instead of the mushrooms onion and green peppers on the grill. He says no you have to ask for that. Not once in 20 years have I ever not had a Pita Pit clerk ask me if I wanted veggies on the grill. Not once. He didn't have any problem asking me for a tip befo re I even got my food. Terrible service.

Won't be back, sorry tried 4 different occasions. Learn some customer service and double your sales.

I don’t know what is going on at this location but there is never anyone at the drive through. I have sat there for over 5 minutes with no response twice now and when I enter the store the employees are standing around laughing and talking.

August 2023 update: went in today hoping to order lunch. Clerk did the cash for the person ahead of me then immediately went to make food with same gloves. I walked across the street to Subway when I saw that. Can’t say I didn’t give them a second chance.

Original review: The clerk at the cash today gave me my change then proceeded to get my pita with the same gloves. Unacceptable and gross.

I go to pita pit often for my lunch but I often end up sit in the drive thru for 5+ minutes to no answer. By that point I’m too annoyed to go in so I just end up going elsewhere.

Great breakfast and great service. Place was surprisingly busy and even with that, service and food was amazing. Food they made were superb and awesome. I'll come back here.top notch! I love this place

Very disappointing customer service at the Oromocto Pita Pit. The person who served us was very stingy with toppings and consistently added items we did not request. Adding insult to injury, the server said "I don't have time this". Finally I was refused dressing on the side. Terrible service and inadequate food. I will not be returning and will not recommend this as a place to eat in Oromocto.

It's a Pita Pit. Bathrooms are locked (it's a pit stop on the drive through NB) and the workers insisted there was somebody in them (there's not - unless somebody is incapacitated in both of them). 20 minutes later, watched another worker give another customer a key to the bathrooms. Took awhile to be seen. Tables need a wipe and booth seats need to be recovered as they're worn away. Otherwise clean. Smoothie machine "broken. "

We’re told bathrooms were occupied. Ordered, ate food and no one came out of bathrooms. Another customer went and got the key from staff. Though we were told there was no key. This was a young, female worker that knew nothing.

Just order the spicy Greek salad it is so hot you cannot eat it. And it is a messy looking salad will not get it again

Very slow service waited at drive-thru for 7 min no cars in front of me and was not waited on went inside still waited an additional 10 minutes servers barely spoke to me and did not say anything when handing out pita just continued to chat amongst themselves I will not return to this location

This is a great place to grab some healthy food very quickly. I'm glad this town has a Pita Pit in it.

Went in to get meat the day didn't have the hashbrown or sausage only cook on the flat top for 30 sec everything cold 30 buck down the drain will not be going back

Closes the drive thru at 12pm on a Monday with 5 people in line and doesn’t let them know to stop waiting. Drive thru light was on when we all got in line.
Worst customer service at this location I’ve ever seen.

I’ve been disappointed in the past by employees at other Pita Pit locations and other similar food places carelessly throwing together a wrap that’s falling apart before you’ve even started eating it, and ignoring simple instructions like “just a *little* sauce”.

It seems like such a small thing, but Satnam at the Oromocto Pita Pit made our experience really great just by paying attention and putting a little care into his work. Our wraps were noticeably better than most, didn’t totally fall apart on us, and when I asked for just a little hot sauce, I didn’t end up with a soupy mess.

Very impressed with the customer service and overall experience! This is the second time visiting this location within the last month and both times we were thoroughly impressed.
Very friendly staff, helpful and thoughtful. They clearly take pride in their work and it shows!
