Pizza Delight

Service was quick and courteous and our waitress was bilingual. Food was great and met all of our expectations.

One of my favorite places to eat in Grand Falls. Good food, great variety on the menu, and very nice people working there.:)

Great place to eat, especially if you have kids (some cool kids menu options). Food was very good.

When traveling this is our preferred place to eat. Better food and service than what we've found at any place at home in Ottawa. Food great service exceptional staff gave special attention to our almost 5 mths old grandson. A HUGE THANK YOU!

We had booked the party room to host a very special friend's 60th birthday party. The party planner of our group spent a considerable amount of money on decorations. When we arrived to decorate for the party, we were told the party room was already in use, and our group had been relocated to a table at the back of the restaurant. There was no where to hang the decorations, set up a gift table.nothing. The hostess just shrugged it off.no apology, nothing. There was also no offer of any birthday promotions, even though the birthday girl had balloons on her chair, was wearing a banner, and a tiara. I understand from your main website that the birthday person either receives a free meal or discount. Neither was offered, and when we asked as we were paying, we were told our waitress was supposed to ask earlier. (One waitress took our orders, another brought them and collected payment.) Our food was good when it finally came, and we enjoyed each other's company, but in the future, we'll be celebrating somewhere else. I was extremely disappointed by the turn of events, but I was livid about the nonchalance of your staff.

Waitress brought the initial drinks, took our order.never saw her again until time to pay. Will likely visit again, but not for a while.

Everything that I have ordered at the Grand Falls Pizza Delight is so so good. It’s one of the best places to eat in our small town. I recommend the signature pizza’s, garlic bread, chicken, super donair, lasagna, hot chicken and of course dessert, yummy!

Good food, nice service. On a weekend expect to wait a while, though. There was also no soap in the men's bathroom at the time of this review.

Visited the Grand Falls store on May 3,2023, at 1pm. Waited so long for a table or even acknowledgment. Finally got a table. Had to stop a waitress after 10 minutes to see if they were gonna take our order. Waitress kept apologizing, and said it wouldn't be long. When the food finally arrived the lasagna was still cold in the centre. Again the Waitress very apologetic and took it back to the kitchen, and then we were forgotten about again and had to ask for the lasagna. I got tired of listening to the Waitress apologizing. Ask for the bill and left. I could understand if the place was busy, but it wasn't. The absolute worse service.

We have ordered many times from this location and last night was by far the worst order we’ve ever had! In the past orders have been good to great, however our chicken dinner was so dry that the legs weren’t even edible as the meat was splintery, the breast was also over cooked, the fries & veggies were cold. We didn’t receive two of the sauces. I’m not sure what happened in the kitchen, the diner wasn’t busy when I arrived, extremely disappointed in the quality of the food! I should have taken pictures before we tossed it in the garbage. It will be a very long time before we would even consider ordering here again.

I contacted them, and they didn’t reply! Extremely disappointed, just like the food. Took them 4 months to respond to the first review, shame on you!

Slowest service I’ve ever seen at a restaurant. 2 1/2 hours to get food. Go to pizza house instead.
