This location has done downhill and fast.did on-line order went to get pick 22 mins later and found it wasn't even put in. They told me I needed to pay before they put the order in. So I paid for it and waited.about 25 mins gone by still no order. I asked again, and they said there were two other orders head. Then 4 skip the dishes came in they chatted for 10 mins all four skip left and noticed they went out back.again I asked about my order and they we'll put it now. I asked for a deal for waiting about 35 after me arriving, and they said no.food was okay. The wings were half covered i sauce very disappointed. Will I go back? Maybe but wouldn't be while.

Since new ownership quality has went down, each time I order either they miss the sauces or over cook the items, very very pathetic. Tips aren’t even given to employees on a regular basis, scheduled everyone besides the partners off on health inspection day. Really shows what type of business they are

Haven't order from here because they don't have green olives on the menu.

Just spent $85 on pizza, pasta and salad the pizza was not cooked crust was wet and slimey salad was full of rotten lettuce which was thrown in the garbage.maple bacon pizza and supreme lovers both raw threw one out put other in my oven so my family could attempt to eat it Alfredo pasta was way over cooked noodles were burnt zero sauce everything was absolutely disgusting I just personally boycott that businessdo not recommend anybody eat that trash

Rudest customer service on the phone I have ever received, snotty attitude, rude tone and sounded annoyed to even be there.

Chose to take my business elsewhere, however was about to be ordering for a gathering so would've been spending quite a bit.

I really used to like their 5$ 5$ 5$ deal until they made you buy a 30$ (large) pizza for your first one. So, I decided to check out their new melts. Didn't get to try one - pretty much trying to charge you $8.99 for two slices of pizza. Box is HUGE! MELTS ARE tiny. To describe a "melt", it's a slice of pizza with toppings with a piece of pizza crust placed on top then "fried". I know. I know.things are expensive - but some things I'll just walk away from. "MELTS" are one of them. (I think I may have done it for $6.99 - $5.99 for sure).

Pizza chain, usually pretty good, have a tendency to burn the last couple pies we got there. The meat lovers is always good and the service is always friendly. Wings are good, the breadsticks with cheese and marinara are probably the best item, and a welcome break from garlic fingers!

I got home and realized they put the dip on the pizza again. This has happened a few times but this is the first time I went back and asked to exchange this pizza. The guy did exchange it, but gave me attitude about it first.

It is what it is not great not bad, quality of meats and dough over the years Just has cime down but still goid pizza when hot
