Pizza Hut Moncton (Relocated to 45 Plaza BLVD)

The worst pizza I ever had. I believe they had the basic pizza ready and just added some toppings to it and microwaved it

They wont give me my refund and its been since February 22nd
Some of us dont have money like others and that money was given to me and my son for food… ive contacted the store the branch etc etc spoke to manager that just started promised my refund again 7 days ago.im struggling and we couldnt find anywhere else to order online that day…
We couldnt get our food they wouldnt pick up the phone.we called seconds after the order nope.no food no refund no service
I called again yesterday manager was to call me back and still never called
Plssss give me back my money

Absolutely the worst! Way too expensive. Ordered a large half and half online. They don't take orders by phone apparently. Says free delivery, not true! Charged per topping, after placing the order and payment online they called to say no onions available. I was charged and no credit offered. Never got tomatoes either and the mushrooms were stems only. Ordered regular crust, it was flatter than thin crust! Total over $42.
They won't last!

This is not Pizza Hut. Same name different taste. Like nothing said to me that this was Pizza Hut.

The food is good but this was absolutely the worst customer service experience I've ever had. The place was dirty and the staff had no clue what they were doing.

Ordered 3 pizzas delivery. They forgot one… no big deal. Called phone number on order and was told replacement on the way. No pizza after an hour. Called for ETA. Told “maybe 50 mins more”. Asked agent to call store and inquire. Was told “you call it is your pizza”. Lots of other options in Moncton, I recommend trying somewhere else.
