Pizza Pizza

Today, I ordered tandoori paneer pizza which was really delicious and I really liked customer service with a guy when I was waiting for my pizza, and then a customer ask for a slice of pizza and worker said it's not fresh, please try our fresh pizza, but customer don't want to get fresh pizza. As I noticed a thing because I am also student and worker of hospitality field and they are selling their best food, please do it in the future too. Thank you pizza pizza for giving your best response.

My family and I thoroughly enjoyed the pizza. The pepperoni was devoured by the children and the adults loved the vegetarian. The staff is lovely. I will be going back again…and again!

Worst experience ever i had with the pizza pizza. Firstly, i waited half n hour to place an order and after that the front cashier girl made my 50$ bill, and i had same pizza in Brampton worth 35$. Not an ethical way to earn money. Better i will go to pizza hut and dominos. Highly disappointed.

Major issues with customer support. However owner of the store did his best to remedy the situation the following day by replacing the order and apologizing for the misunderstanding.

Fast, friendly service. The ingredients tasted fresh and were lots of options will be back

I dont like leaving one star reviews but seriously you can do better anywhere for a pizza. Ive had better frozen pizzas. Had 2 different large 4 topping pizzas and the crust was so bad it couldnt be cut through all the way and so you had to tear it apart. Toppings were light and so was sauce and cheese. Just overall not worth it. Ive had Pizza Pizza from other places in the Toronto area and they compared well to other chains. Perhaps this was a one off but it was bad enough I wont be back

Nice pizza, recommended. One of the best pizza in Saint John. Perfect amount of toppings and sauce. Quick delivery.

Me and 3 others went into the new saint john location and we ordered a all meat 12" pizza after we ate it and returned home we all got sick from the pizza we even warned a 5th person whom also got sick after eating the pizza

Worst customer service, they would argue till any point to not offer or give you a deal which is offered on their menu board,

Charges extra for everything. If you want the butter chicken pizza you have to pay extra for the chicken ‍️

Pizza Pizza is the best pizza place in New Brunswick Canada and its a lot like and just as good as homemade san francisco sourdough pizza but the only difference its its a little overheated unlike homemade sourdough pizza and its also very tangy and not too yeasty unlike any other pizza in New Brunswick Canada just the way I like it

I ordered online and went to the store about half an hour later. A cashier asked if anyone was waiting for online orders, so I said "Yes" and he took my name and number. About another half hour later, he asked the same question again, and I said that I was still waiting. He asked if I ordered a second time, I said "No, I haven't gotten my order yet. " A couple minutes later, he gave me my order. All I got was a medium plant-based pepperoni pizza and a plant-based chicken sandwich, and from when I placed the order to when I was given my food, it took an hour and 10 minutes. Idk if they forgot about me, or what, but my goodness! I'm not the kind to get mad or complain, so I still tipped 20%, mostly because I felt bad for how chaotic it was in there. The food was alright, but the crust was a bit like cardboard. I'll probably just stick with Greco in the future. I wish them all the best!

I ordered a tandoori chicken pizza and there was no chicken on the pizza I found out later when I got home, while I got charged full amount. Better to check next time before leaving the store.

We got there, the staff said they weren't taking orders for the next 15 mins so we proceeded to order on the app. I ordered 2 XL 4 Topping Pizzas. The one was supposed to have red peppers, pineapple, mushrooms and butter chicken on it but when I got it the pizza didn't have the butter chicken, but it had butter chicken sauce, in stead of tomato sauce. Considering I paid extra for the butter chicken, I wish it had ended up on the pizza, BUT. The butter chicken sauce on the pizza was really good! 2 XL 4 Topping pizzas came to $41. Over all it was a good experience and I will be back!

The Pizza was Yummy! Some of the best I have ever had! The staff was very kind and the service was good too.

Spent 30 mins on their phone number and their own call centre thinks this location doesn’t exist. Couldn’t order online either. Fail

Language barrier at front cash. Pizza was missing a topping but on receipt. Forgot to include my sauce until I asked. Pizza wasn't very good but still ate it. Just opened yesterday so things may come around.
