I'm only giving you a 1 star for your rewards program. Kudos for trying, however, by the looks of it, in order to receive $4 off, you have to spend $500. Isn't your tag line is that "everyone has a friend". Well, I'm that friend that probably won't get trapped into joining your rewards program. That's too much money spent for so little in return.

Jean couteau has decent prices + lots to choose from. The store is well laid out + aways kept clean. Staff there are personable + very real as well which I really appreciate.

Great place other than the manager is a complete arrogant disrespectful women that called me a liar for trying to return a broken item I had to bring it to another one of there locations the manager Alicia laughed and said too bad I make the final decision

I have been dealing with this location of Jean Couteau for more than 30 years. I cannot say enough about the friendly, professional, friendly staff, which have always gone above and beyond, using their knowledge and expierience. Their invoices however; leave me confused and flabergasted and are like none other.

Yesterday I went to the jean coutu and the girl at the pharmacy department was not really friendly with me and not PATIENT at all is it because I was french I will never go back I will go in Dieppe next time she should get another job

Its a very comforting pharamcy to go to. The staff is so friendly. They always have good deals.
