Aprés 4 ans avec cette pharmacie j ai decidé hier de changer à une autre car je n ai marre à chaque fois que pars chez eux je dois attendre au moins 30- 45 mnt.
Ok je comprends que vous etes busy, mais donnnez priorité au gens qui attends sur place.

Love dealing with this pharmacy, always quick, and never have any issues. Thank you to the gentleman who stopped my sin at the door and told him a joke yesterday (it made his day and helpedhis social anxiety) not sure if this was a medical professional from up stairs or a customer but very friendly person!

Very bad UPS access point anything bigger than a shoe box they either refuse it or complain when you pick it up. Not sure why they registered to be one if they have no space and complain about it.

I love going to this particular pharmacy because of Pharmacist Nicolas LeBlanc. He is sooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooo

I went to 2 other pharmacies in my neighbourhood (Dieppe area), I have a hacking cough, I alway's take the same medication for it.it has DM (helps to bring out the phlegm) in it. The first 2 stores did not have it. I asked if a staff member could help me locate, I waited approx 1 minute, staff came over and we found the last one. I found the staff very friendly and helpful. Will shop here again. Thank you.

I called the store at 8: 40pm wanted to speak with the pharmacist. Had an important question about my newborn baby that wasnt feeling good… lady took my name and number for the pharmacist to give me a call back before they close. I asked if the pharmacist will definitely give me a call before closing she said they have to give you a call back for sure before closing so I trusted her …. So i waited and waited. NOPE NO CALL BACK… store closed …

If i new the pharmacist wouldn’t call me back I would of call an other store before they close as well…
NOT TO PLEASE, with the service.

Excellent pharmacy. Mr Abud was hard at work on my most recent visit. I would recommend this pharmacy (and it's "sister" pharmacy [same owner/proprietor pharmacist] located on Dieppe boulevard). The pharmacy is centrally located and has ample free parking spaces. Access to disabled parking spots is also available.

My wife got chewed up by a rude representative (old woman), she provided her with the UPS receipt to pick up her package, but your representative did not bother to search for it and said it is not here, my wife then showed her the tracking and the « ready for pick up notification », which made your representative acting crazy and yelling at her. My wife left the store shocked, so we called UPS customer service, they confirmed that the package was delivered there a couple of hours ago, we return back to the store to find another kind young representative (luckily) who gave us the package in less than 5 min. We shared our bizarre experience with the manager there and we’ll definitely ask UPS to never deliver our packages there.
