Sadly cant recommend this bodyshop. I experienced poor workmanship. And on one vehicle that had a new battery installed a week before the accident that was wrote off someone from their facility took the new battery and replaced it with a old one which is theft.

I got into an accident in march 2021 with my truck. They fix my truck and did a good job. Threw that year a bubble pop up underneath the paint. I went to see preferred cause the job was on warranty. Got an appointment. We had to change the appointment cause shortness of staff, all good. On October 26 they took the truck in for 2 days and repaint the whole door. Bubble in the paint is gone. Free of charge. They did a nice job. Thank you to the crew at Preferred Collision.

My 2006 Lincoln Town Car Presidential needed a new bumper and straitening of under structure. Frank shared his expertise and experience to give me a total picture of the repair required, price was with my expectations and the final result on budget and the quality of fit and color perfect, just as we discussed. I am thrilled with the outcome as a very fussy car owner. I highly recommend Preferred Collision.

Terrible customer service, I had the Secretary tell me to “F$&# off” when they had my car for 4 days now still don’t have it, for a very small job. They painted it the wrong colour. When I complained about the delay the same man told me come get it so I did and they wouldn’t release it to me. This place is a huge mess. I recommend to take it anywhere else but here. THEY ALSO CRASHED MY CAR INTO A CURB THE VERY DAY I BOUGHT IT! In July of 2021. They are owned by Toyota, and I will never have another toyota from sj sitting in my driveway again thanks to these clowns.

I have had a very poor customer service experience after I took my car here when I hit a deer late in December, it took over 3 months for them to get my car back to me after them telling me multiple times it would be ready sooner. Once I picked up my car there was a huge crack in the windshield that was not there when I dropped my car off. I had spoken to them at the time I picked my car up about the crack, I had my insurance send photos over from when it was dropped off (surprise no crack) as well as I had taken photos myself and showed them when I had dropped my car off in December and no crack.
I have been in contact with multiple people numerous times to discuss the issue, first with the one fixing my car and also the manager about getting them to fix the windshield they had broken and they have not been very helpful. Very poor communication skills

Frank was great to deal with. That was the only good thing about this experience. Manager would not give me his name. Issues after car was repaired, manager would not assist.

Was super happy with the job that was done to my vehicle. Staff was friendly and on the ball. Called me with updates and work was done in a timely manner.

My 18 silverado was brought here for repairs after a accident. The customer service and response to my needs was absolutely fantastic. The truck is in there now being repaired but so far very impressed from the help from Greg and Frank. I'm sure my Silver silerverado is in excellent hands.

Poor quality repairs, I have found several issues since receiving my vehicle back from the shop, they are being very difficult to deal with, as I should not have to go out of my way to get something fixed that should have been fixed right the first time, perfection is definitely not their forte. My insurance company sent on an independent appraiser to assess quality of repairs and ended up finding more sub standard work than I had noticed. Defiantly would not recommend this shop and or any of the Coyle group of companies to anybody, there are much better body shops in the saint john area please do not make the mistake I did. If you are looking for a Toyota vehicle Moncton or Fredericton will be more than happy to serve you.do not give your Business to these crooks!

Poor service. My husband took his truck into be repaired, the job took double the time he was told. They tried to use a cheeper part to repair it and didn't fit right so they had to order the correct item, which took longer. When he did get his truck back they got white spray on his rear passenger side panal. The truck is black so its noticable and they refuse to fix there irresponsible work. They try to say it was there, but we know it wasn't.

Amazing place to deal with. Did a fantastic job on my vehicle. Really went above and beyond. Highly recommend!

Greg and his team performed an excellent work on my car. Really good ratio Quality/Price. The only thing: my car was kept one more day: that was not a big deal for me; I prefer a well done job.
Also the team was very pleasant to deal with.
