What is going on with this clinic? Multiple calls and I keep getting the same two recordings. New Brunswick health has gone down the toilet!

I couldn’t get an appointment by phone but I got an appointment easily by going in there. Great and professional staff. Had to wait for 15 mins for appointment but I got the job done.

Receptionist will not let you see a Doctor if you are sick if you have groin pain leg pain
She self diagnosed you and tells you to go to emergency
Called 300 times last week kept my phone ️ continuously calling but this clinic does not answer the phone

The receptionist doesn't answer the phone and sends you right to voicemail. If she does answer she just hangs up on you. I've been trying to contact them for 3 days and no response.

After many times of calling their phone with no one picking up my mom today came into this location to seek medicial help. She was disregarded by the receponists as soon as she came in there and was told to sit down and wait as they never answered her phone call. After a while of fiddling around with papers on their desk they very pubically asked her what was wrong with her. When she told them she had a rash on the roof of her mouth they proceeded to diagnosis her themselves and told her she needed a root canal repeatedly. She explained it was not something like that and that she thought it could potentially be an early onsight to shingles. They than proceesed to say (without asking the doctor) that the doctor would not see her for shingles because it was around her eyes and she should go to emerge. She said no it was in her mouth and she very pubically again said no it is by your eyes I can see it from here. Mom called 811 who was appalled by the behavior of these receptonists. I, myself am disgusted by these so called professionals and would like to see their ph degree that gave them the right to diagnosis a patient without a certified doctor. What is our health care coming to when people are told to sit and wait and than ignored, pubically talked about and turned away. You better believe if something serious happens to my mother I will be taking legal action with this so called clinic. If you dont want to help people, get out of the profession. I should mention that they did not even check in with the doctor if they would see her and did not send her away based on no space. They sent her away based on their unprofessional diagnosis.

Horrendous receptionist. Wow. Nasty attitude from the word go. Why hire a doctor when you have her there to diagnose and turn patients away with a snarl. 811 told me to get to a clinic. She disagreed. Pretty disappointed.

It seems like they only want to see old people. They ask young people why they moved to this province or to go wait at the hospital for 18 hours straight.

Receptionist wasn't so bad but I am not even sure if the doctor stayed with for a whole minute for symptoms as fever and congestion. He said "looks like the flu. You should've get the shot". He said it should get better in a couple of days and no suggestion or prescription. That's fine, but two days later I am back and now another doctor said "ear infection in both ears" and I have antibiotics. Still have a fever all day, can't hear a thing, and cannot get enough rest. I'm a bit worried. Don't they care anymore?

I have called this “Walk in” Clinic for 2 days straight! Called over 75 times yesterday and called 75 times so far today. The voice recording says “I am on another call please hang up and try again” the secretary can not be on the phone 24/7. There is no such thing as a walk in clinic when you can’t get in.

Everyone was friendly and helpful.
Since I booked an appointment over the phone I didn't even had to sit in the waiting room.
I was in and out in no time with the prescription I needed.

Receptionist is practicing medicine. Just told a patient they didn't need a doctor and that they were fine to answer calls first responder calls while taking high levels of narcotics. Can't drive while taking but can send out fire trucks. Who would be liable if the worst happened in this case?

I can’t believe these people call themselves doctors and nurses. Please do us all a favour and forfeit your licenses if you do not care to help people. NB really needs to start working on luring in doctors from other provinces because clearly the doctors in NB are not in it to help people.

I went there twice so far. I did my appointments in person and both times, I got an appointment the same day. The receptionist never stop taking calls. It is super busy there but they do their best to accommodate you in my opinion.

I usually never write rewiews, but this one, I had to.
The receptionist was just extremely rude to us as she also tried to hinder us in getting medical service in another clinic that had been willing to help us, but at a slightly inconvenient time for us. I really do not recommend it

The receptionist is the most unprofessional person I have seen. I am very displeased with how I was treated by her and denied of any medical help. I felt humiliated by her. I might sue.

The recepcionist was one of the rudest, most impolite, disrespectful persons I have ever met in my entire life.a person this obnoxious should not be allowed to work with people, let alone people with medical problems. I absolutely don't reccomend this clinic to anyone.

Very unhelpful. We're not able to write a simple refill for someone who just moved here from out of province and has no family doctor. When asked if they knew of any other clinics in the area I could try, I was told they wouldn't give out that information. This makes it very difficult for people transitioning to the province.

Supe unhelpful and not friendly. I was told that this clinic wouldn't be able to write a prescription on pills that I have to take during my whole life because they were prescribed abroad. They also can't refer you to a blood test or to a specialist because they wouldn't be able to follow up on your results. Are they only treating cold and flu?

This is our go to clinic for our family. The secretary is always helpful with questions or same day appointments.

Terrible service receptionist was the most rude person ever and hung up in my ear and refused to let me see a doctor for an infection in my foot

I don't know how people even get an appointment with this clinic, I've been trying to call for over an hr all I get is the answering service, don't waste ur time, call a different clinic as I don't think they actually wanna work or have patients as this is ongoing.

I'd give you zero stars if I could. Tried calling shortly before open, clerk will pick up then immediately hang up. Tried calling right at open, straight to voice mail. God forbid someone needs to book an appointment to get a prescription refilled.

Dont waste your time, go to another clinic.

Was diagnosed with shingles on my eye by not the doctor but the receptionist, didn't even see the doctor! Sent me to emergency at hospital and the Dr said how could I be possibly diagnosed with the receptionist and all they do is pass the book cos, they don't want the patients. Terrible

I was able to start leaving a message after the dial tone, and as soon as I said I need to make an appointment, someone hung up on my message so I wasn’t able to continue. Not happy with this place at all

This clinic should be your absolute last resort in Moncton/Dieppe. Dr Daigle was great, however my issue was the receptionist. She took my medicare, as per usual, and then LOST IT and could not find it. She was not the nicest and most patients in the waiting room either. I will not be returning to this clinic.

I've been to this clinic a few times now. I call for an appointment and I always get one the same day. The receptionist is very friendly and the doctors are all helpful.:)

I only got an appointment the 1st time when they created my record there and that was in person.
Now i been sick twice in the last few months and i'd been calling for days from 9 am to noon trying to set up an appointment whit out success.

So I tried calling for an hour for an appointment only to show up and have her tell me it's by appointment and I'd have to call. She tells me this as she's putting stickers (lables) on vials and such and nothing else going on no phones ringing. So I decided to see if I called the phone if it would ring and she would answer and low and behold I call and the phone DOES NOT RING! I REPEAT IT DOES NOT RING. I get and instant automatic message saying they must be on the other line! I walked out and will never return there. I'm still sick with possible strep.
