It doesn’t matter what I go in to buy at princess auto I always come out with more than I came in for

My father has been shopping here for years. On our most recent visit, he was looking for a drill bit set. It was not the correct price as listed in the flyer. We got an employee and explained she said she would need the flyer, so I opened it up on my phone at which point she scoffed at me and told me they would only accept a print flyer as proof of the price. This is literally your own sale ad not another store. Sadly we won't be shopping here again.

Love this store. It's like when you were a kid and the Sears wish book would come in lol, could just walk around in there for hours and spend 1000s

Went into princess auto and got the best service. Troy was very helpful and got me what I needed and made sure I got everything I needed. Very knowledgeable sales clerk and is a very big access to the company. Thanks Troy.

We LOVE Princess Auto, my father in law's favourite place! Yesterday, he and my husband had some time to kill and decided to do it at Papa's favourite place. While there, Papa, who's dependant on his wheelchair, needed to use the bathroom. Although signage suggests wheelchair accessible, Papa's wheelchair would not go through the stall door and my husband had to carry him to and from the toilet. Unfortunately Papa has now decided he won't be making anymore trips to Princess Auto and honestly, he's pretty devastated. As a manager, I would want to be made aware of such issues and that's the reason I decided to leave a review.

Was in on Wednesday night looking for a whole list of items and I just want to recognize your Employee MARK he was absolutely amazing he knows we're everything is and there was no sale items left and he made it right and got me a substitute and I was on my way back to NFL thanks Mark for your great customer skills

The most amazing and yet unorganized store in existence! You have to have time to search all of the aisles since things can often be found in the most unusual spots. But prices are typically better than the box hardware stores, so worth the time spent looking

No assistance from employees, asked for a sale item twice and was told try this aisle or that aisle, didn't find it

Kim was absolutely incredible! Even though what we came in for was out of stock she helped us find 3 options as close as could be and after our equipment broke down and just a terrible previous day she really made us feel important and valued! Thank you Kim for your hard work and for helping us smile through a tough time! Love this place and will always be mine and my husband’s first stop! Great prices and incredible staff!

It is a great store with excellent staff and a variety of products. I find products for gardening, batteries for my controls and even a wireless keyboard. Thank you, Kim, Mark and Troy, who helped me with all my questions in their areas.

It's hard to write a review on the location without considering the company and its products. Princess Auto sells some hard to find tools and some very cheap products (low cost AND low quality) which is ok sometimes when you need something to complete a project but not when you are looking for dependable every day use tools. The Moncton location has good staff that will do their best to help you out. The store is conveniently located though the entrance and exit to the parking lot are a bit awkward at times.

This store is amazing! They have a huge variety of goods at really good prices. Staff is very friendly and they have a good return policy as well.
Plus they allow dogs in store! My dog loves coming here to pick out a new toy, and I'm happy I've found another place where I can bring her.

Flyer specials are iether sold out first thing in the morning or "never came in". Not impressed

Always friendly staff. The person took charge and found everything that I was there for even if I didn't really know what to call it, plus made great money saving suggestions.

Saved at least fifty dollors on a towing receiver. And a hundred on an inverter generator. Always a deal.

Never had a bad experience at ANY Princess Auto yet. Friendly helpful staff help me find what I need cuz it is a different store. Great job

Contacted them looking for replacement bulbs for my car headlights and was told "we're not an auto parts store" I would have thought something like bulbs would be a standard in any car part store
